Let’s start with how I was treated by the frontend of the house. The hostess was very rude, she asked if we had a reservations we told her no we didn’t her reply was well I’ll see if I can seat you. We told her that we didn’t know to make one and we are from out of town, she told me that everyone is and we should’ve know better. She found us a table when she then asked if I was going to stay in my wheelchair or what. I told her is was going to stay in my chair. She then had an attitude. When we were in the middle of trying to order she came back to the table and wanted the extra place settings, she was rude to our waitress. Then while eating she continued to walk in circles around our table. $170 was not worth the uneasy feeling my family had. She made us feel unwelcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: Do not recommend!!!!!

I arrived with high expectations and left somewhat disappointed. The menu was full of Latin-inspired dishes but literally, the only thing Latin about it were the names. The seasoning leaves a lot to be desired and honestly, a little expensive for what it is.

Last day on a business trip and we found this place. Wow! The service is friendly and professional. A sports bar with great service! The lunch was delicious, chicken salad sandwich, Philly cheese steak and a club sandwich. We were all very happy to find a great lunch place last minute.

Made a reservation on Tuesday for Saturday. When we got there they said we didn't have a reservation. Showed them on my phone date and time that I called but they refused to accommodate us. Just said sorry and they were full so we were out of luck. So angry.

Cool environment to hang out and have some cocktails. Their food is good. Indoor patio where you can smoke, have drinks and watch sports on their TV. Was there on a Friday for Happy Hour and it was so packed at 3:30, hardly could find a seat inside but the food and drinks were amazing. Definitely a place to be during happy hour.

An old school kind of restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed. Reservations are a MUST. We were prompted seated in a nice booth at our reservation time. Our server Amanda was busy, but acknowledged us. We started w a classic old fashioned and dark rum negroni; the pours were so generous they could be mistaken for doubles. We especially appreciated that entrees come with soup or salad, and sides. We ordered a steak, and a pork chop. They were both well presented and cooked perfectly. Our couple glasses of red wine were generously poured! The room was busy in a good way; warm and full of energy. Amanda was a tremendous server. She was attentive and professional yet friendly and personable. We'd ask for her again. Their bar was in a separate room and it was busy too; they had outdoor space for smokers. Well done Cactus Jack's. We'd driven by lots over the years; recently a friend recommended it. We'll be back!

This place is divine.Starting with the food. I wish I had pretty pictures. When our salads came we were hungry. Delicious starter salads. Our prime rib, lobster & mashedpotatoes were top knotch. The flavors were not overstated with unnecessary spices.Our servers were attentive seeing we had what we needed and enjoying our food. Pleasant and helpful.The atmosphere is that sexy smokers club lounge vibe without the smokers. My handsome husband look more handsome in the low lights. If you want to catch the golf game, it's playing in the background.Vegetarian options: Basically you can remove the meat from any entree and load up on veggies.
