I was in there at 8pm,paid 10 dollars for a burger and when I asked to used the restroom I was tolled it was closed bu the same manager that took my order,when I asked for my money back,not a sorry,not a my bad,just silence 2k look this was sat Nov 29 2025...where can I wash my hands then???your manager is just lazy and wanted to take off early not to mention its against the law,The state's Restroom Access Act (AB 1632) requires businesses open to the public to allow anyone lawfully on the premises to use a toilet facility during normal business hours, even employee-only ones if a public one isn't immediately accessible. Closing the public restrooms hours before closing is not allowed under this law.............DONT FORGET these people make over 20 dollars an hour to act like this and don't forget to tip...will be reporting to the state..have a good one rude lady...you could of just let me pee...

By far one of the best Carl’s Jr restaurants that’s I’ve visited within California. Walked in late evening, the service was prompt, food was made to order and delicious. The service rep that took our order was very nice. The space was also clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this location.
I want to give a big shout-out to Christian R at Carl’s Jr. on Hwy 111 in Palm Desert. His service was excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive.
