The drive thru AI was a disaster. Didn't understand the order. They had only one person working with attitude.

Drive thru A.I. is trash slower than molasses. After being there for over a minute I just decided to go inside , staff was friendly and courteous i was able to place my order and use the bathroom before what I manage to order at the drive thru came out on their screen. Get rid of the ai at the drive thru.

The A.I. for the drive-thru makes it so I won't return. It's absolutely horrible. It doesn't get the order correct, it makes the line take significantly longer as well. If I wanted to wait this long in a drive thru I'd go to in-n-out
Went inside just to discover that they raised all the prices and got rid of all their deals. If I'm gonna drop this much money for fast food, I may as well go to 5 guys where it will be good.
Wait of in-n-out drive thru and price of 5 guys, worse than both.
