They use AI to take orders now which is totally fine. They are saving money and that’s one less employee needed. BUT then they tell me they are going to charge me extra for every ranch dressing and ketchup packet. The greed of this place is just unreal. Food is mediocre at best and over priced. Service was terrible. The employee made me get my credit card back out so he could charge me for an extra ranch dressing packet. I doubt the amount charged even covered the credit card fee.

So I had two coupons I wanted to use, and the person at the front, Ivan, basically told me I forgot one of them was an online order.
He was real nice about it, gave me a cup for water and even let me order it online and told me about the free wifi (didn’t know about). He was cool and the food was good so I’m happy it all worked out!

The worker Alexander had very great costumer service greeting everyone as they walked in. Not only that but he’s quick with taking orders &’ does it so smoothly. Seeing his smiling face when you enter definitely makes the experience better, as they say they are the face of the store &’ he definitely knows how to show it!! If I myself can give this kid a raise I would!!
