The food quality and quantity have improved significantly this past year or so. I tried this particular Castañeda's about half a dozen times 5, 6 and 7 years ago and it was just not worth coming back, very much less than even average. I decided to give it another try about a year ago (I live next door in Sun City) and was more than pleasantly surprised. I wanted to try it several more times before I committed to writing a review and I'm happy to say the last three...
