I stopped by Chipotle today and was honestly blown away by how good the chicken burrito was. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and had that fresh-off-the-grill flavor that Chipotle is known for. They packed it with the right amount of rice, beans, and corn, and the ingredients tasted super fresh/delicious.

It's a bit pricey, but I guess inflation is here to stay.
The tortilla was warm and soft, and the burrito was wrapped really well — didn’t fall apart halfway through like some places. The portion was generous too; definitely worth the money.

The staff were quick, friendly, and didn’t rush me while I picked my toppings. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing.
The only complaint was that none of the workers at this Palm Desert location seemed like they wanted to be there....

If you’re craving a solid burrito, get the chicken. This was easily one of the best Chipotle meals I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be back!

This review is specifically addressed to the female employee at the counter who was working today, November 6, 2025, around 11:30 am. Any patron seeking to wait for a fresh batch of steak is allowed to do so; this is our prerogative as paying customers. The fact that you forced this customer into taking chicken vs. allowing them to wait for steak (all day if they wanted to!) is ludicrous. There was no one in line and therefore zero sense of urgency. If we are paying for food, we have the right to stand there all day if we want to. To force chicken on a person requesting to wait for a new batch of steak is not only rude but counter-intuitive to customer service. I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member considering they were so shocked by your actions as they unfolded that they didn't speak up. Do better!!

Carne Asada was not tender as promoted. I had to wait several minutes for a cashier to ring up my order after it was made. Even though she saw me ordering, she went back to work on avocados while I waited for her to finish. The dining room temperature must have been about 60 degrees. Extremely cold inside.

while the service is great, this is the stingiest chipotle i've ever been to. they only gave half-scoops of everything, i had to get extra just to get a regular, but still smaller-sized portion. my scoop of meat only had 5 pieces of steak. very strange.

Came in around 9:30pm with my mother for some food and the customer service was horrible. The workers acted as if we were bothering them or interrupting their chatting session. They also had very nasty facial expressions and seemed like they didn’t want to help us. That’s too bad because we love the healthy food options.

Food was decent. My burritito was not wrapped and the tortilla was torn. Had a bowl forcibly. But the girl/lady that was in between the cash register and the last server was rude and not mention that I did not see her move at all, or do anything other be snappy at my asking for salt. I need a job like that. Bad customer service 😑
