Food was decent. My burritito was not wrapped and the tortilla was torn. Had a bowl forcibly. But the girl/lady that was in between the cash register and the last server was rude and not mention that I did not see her move at all, or do anything other be snappy at my asking for salt. I need a job like that. Bad customer service 😑

I am very annoyed. The restaurant forgot part of my order and when I tried to call to see what I could do it sent me to a link on my confirmation email. That links you to a chat that chat bot then said it credited my Chipotle wallet for an app I didn't have. When I tried to get help the chat bot says your issue was resolved, and won't continue. Tried calling the restaurant again and you can't get through to a person to get help. That is seriously poor customer service!

I understand that the people in the store are busy, but you should be able to at least leave a message to be contacted by a live person to get an issue resolved. This should not be an acceptable normal for a corporation.

Guacamole strikes again... like they know that they run out everyday at 8 and year here i am waiting 30min for guacamole! Again!

I love chipotle and even more since they added the chipotle honey chicken, and my experience today was amazing, I will never forget the kindness given to me by the employee and manager that were there today, thank you so much !

Updated Review – A Pleasant Surprise at Chipotle 🌮
I had previously reviewed Chipotle with concerns about their taco portions—specifically, the meat didn’t even cover the bottom of the shell. It felt a bit skimpy for the price.

Recently, I decided to give them another try, and I’m glad I did. This time, the taco was exactly what I hoped for—well-filled with meat and much more satisfying. It felt like the quality and care had improved, and I appreciated the consistency in flavor and freshness.

Nice to see a positive change. I’ll be back again soon!

Came here at 9:00pm and it was clear they were getting ready to close. (They close at 10pm) Nothing was on the line and it concerned me, so I asked “you don’t have corn or mild salsa” and they said no that they were out. But it was clear that all they cared about was to close. It’s unfortunate we pay for an overpriced bowl when you can’t get the stuff you want. All kids and no manager in sight to address.

If you like stomach pain, bloating, gas and vomiting, this is the place for you. Ordered a chicken bowl at about 8PM last night was sick by 10PM and am still sick today.
Called the store and spoke with a manager regarding my experience and he couldn’t care less. 🤮
I won’t be going back to Chipotle.

Overloaded bowl of sloppy mush, best way to put it. Only 2nd time at a Chipotle. Visiting from ATL end of March. On way to JTNP and my nephew loves it so we stopped. Server acted irritated with customer in front of me, made a mistake and had to restart their order. Then she continued with an impatient attitude and I'm not used to ordering here. So much guac and saucy meat it was a huge heavy portion and the container was bending and hard to keep lid on. Looked at receipt and charged for double portions which did not order. Went up to register to manager? And got it removed. The food isn't that good even if it wasn't slopped in a bowl tbh but I could barely eat it being covered in guac so had to dig down to find the lettuce and rice and everything spilled out. Can't say I'll be going to Chipotle ever again.

Best chipotle I’ve ever eaten at! Ordered through the app. Food was made fast, fresh, and hot! Soo tasty!!

Always on point. Great service and great portions. Today the team encounter a system issue and were pros handling it. Thank you for your generosity and customer service.

Music is loud they put 6 little chicken cubes on each of my tacos.
