Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got here at the time they say they open (10:30am) kicked me out saying they were still not open and needed 5 more minutes. Gave them 5 minutes and still didn’t open doors until 10 minutes later.

I always get out of work late. (After 9pm) and show up like 30 mins before closing. The staff always takes care of me and never makes me feel like I'm being an inconvenience. Thanks!

We dinned in at this location and it was pretty busy at a somewhat odd time. 2:45-3pm. There were only 2 employees on staff and they were HUSTLING. The gentleman serving the food was running left and right, handling the drive thru, online orders and a long line of customers. All with a great attitude! He worked extremely hard and was super personable. In an era where customer service is dead and there is a general lack of urgency this is rare to see. I hope he sees this and knows people recognize his hard work.

Worst chipotle in the valley. Often I get the wrong meal when ordering through the app for my kids because of them messing up. Also, the general manager is a cheapskate and the entire staff will UNDERSERVE you. Yeah I sound like a big back, but you won’t even get the company standard serving sizes here. When you ask for more, even for rice, they’ll charge 50 cents to a dollar depending on who is working. This place is the worst and I mess with Chipotle heavy so it sucks to say that.

Since when do they only give half a serving this is wild. Don’t Do PICK UP

I can tell the management is micromanaging the portions. This is the most stingy Chipotle spot i have ever been in my life. Sadly, it is the closest to my house... They charged me a tortilla and a little side of rice as side dishes (over $3 lol). Crazy!!! I AM DONE WITH THIS ONE... If you want to lose weight, come here!

You can also tell the staff is fearful to serve you the right amount... No wonder the turnover is so high!

Congratulations to management to achieve the lowest variable cost of the whole USA at the expense of your customers 🥳!!!

This is only a review of North Palm Desert brach. Food sits there all day, so it is not visually appealing and not as tasty when it's cold.
I've eaten at other branches that seem busier and it's much better.

Plate was stacked and customer service was impeccable. The young lady in the drive through lane was amazing. I’d easily come back to this location
