No refill on water? That's ridiculous. Especially when I paid 97cents for it. I won't be returning. Water should be a courtesy, especially since I just got done paying $20 for 2 cinnamon rolls.

I am not a fan of pretzels or Cinnamon rolls but I work near by and get really cold so I like to get a hot chocolate since I'm not a fan of coffee either. But it hardly goes well ordering the hot chocolate they are not trained how to make a simple carnation hot chocolate have had to have remade like 3 different times already and they don't make it like the description says on the app no whip cream unless u ask and no chocolate syrup as described. Please train your employees.

So disrespectful! I was there 10 minutes before they close and I said hello I would like to buy something and the lady just ignored me and did not let me get food. I love their sweets and they would not let me buy anything. So Dissapointed!
