The Coldstone at the Palm Desert Westfield Mall isn’t accepting gift card payments because its gift card machine has been down for over a month! So they don’t accept gift card payments and don’t have a sign-up letting customers know.
Great service, great ice cream! Really enjoyed our experience and interactions with the employees. They were quick, professional, and really friendly to the kids too.

I didn’t have a good experience here. They took so long to serve the customers. When I ask for a milkshake they said we’re not doing milkshakes. When I asked why, they didn’t do a good job explaining. For some reason, they’re serving ice cream but not milkshake. So I ordered the ice cream instead but it did not taste good. This is my first and last time here in Coldstone.

I found it quite fascinating to watch as the people behind the counter actually MADE my ice cream on a COLD STONE!! This is some delicious ice cream. Go and experience a Lot of FUN. Your taste buds will be so happy.

I went here for my birthday and it was amazing! I got to pick anything I wanted to put in my ice cream and it was free because I was a member. There ingredients are excellent and they have many options to choose from. I will definitely come back often. I brought my grandmother here and she thought there ice cream was excellent and it is her favorite now.
