Love this place and would eat daily if ice cream had the calories of salad. But sadly it is not. Took the family out tonight and was as great as always. My wife had cheesecake with graham crackers, I had the blueberry muffin (oh my god) in a waffle dish, while my daughter had a waffle cone with Oreo cream. Love having this place in our neighborhood.

Stepping foot for the first time to a Cold Stone Creamery was a complete disaster. I've had a giftcard from CSC for a long time and was excited to finally use it after my psyical therapy appointment nearby. I asked the employee what she suggested. Some coffee ice cream mixture that was tastey. I thought I'd order a vanilla shake thinking that would be difficult to mess up. Boy was I wrong. it was so sickingly sweet...tasted like frosting. Came back to see if I could exchange it and was told NO. Because I had left the store briefly. Like 3 minutes. The whole experience was just rotten to the core. Managare contacted me and said she would make me a new shake of my choosing. Under one condition, that I would have to come in on a certain day at a certain time which I was not available. Nice try though....

The server behind the counter was rude. When asked what is the Hot Honey ice cream like she replied, "Hot Honey". She then smerked and us. She made our order and sat it on the counter without saying anything.

Employees are not very cheerful and it's 8$ for 1 scoop. I can't understand going here rather than any other ice cream place.

If I could give this girl a lower rating I would. Ester's attitude was horrible the whole service. She got my order wrong and even when I said it's fine just let me add topping she just rolled her eyes and said it's extra i said ok twice like i know its more . I get it's not easy to work in customer service but girl almost all of the bad reviews about this store are about you, so it's clearly not just a bad day or crazy customers.
