Cork Tree restaurant

Great dinner at the bar. Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. Live music threw in some Xmas which was a nice addition.

We have been in Palm Desert for about a week and this was the best restaurant we’ve been to. I’ll start with the bar staff , those three gentlemen, Andrew, Colin and Mike were an unbelievable team. They were so attentive to us at the bar really made our night. We had 2 salads the wedge & the beet , both excellent. My wife and I are not huge eaters, so we split the salmon. They split it for us in the kitchen and again really really good. The interior restaurant is little deceiving from outside. It is quite large &really comfortable atmosphere first class. They also have some outdoor dining with heaters. Also another big factor free parking if you happen to be staying at the Marriott timeshare yet 10% off the bill next year will be back.

Always a nice dining experience, a little pricey for some items, but good service and food

We met a friend here for dinner at 5 pm as online it said they open at 5 pm but when we got there apparently the bar area was full because it was open since 4 pm. So we sat in the dining room which you can only order from the full menu. A little on the expensive side but absolutely delicious. I had the sea bass, my husband had the duck, and our friend had the salmon. The service was excellent.

The staff a friendly and welcoming, Hank the GM is always sincerley nterested in you and of course the experience. Always would highly recommend Cork Tree

We had a wonderful evening celebrating birthdays with friends. Service was spot on. My only complaint was two of our meals were lukewarm at best and our server didn't hesitate to bring it back to the kitchen. They both came back warmer , good effort. The food tasted good even though not as hot as I'd like. It would not keep me from going back.

I always love coming here, consistent service and food, the most amazing uniquely prepared escargot you'll ever have. Managers constantly roaming the floor to insure quality service. You will never be dissapointed.

On vacation, Open Table does it again. The escargot was prepared in a unique fashion and was very tasty. The Chilean sea bass was the best we've ever had with a crunchy exterior that enhanced the moist flavorful interior

We were hoping to have a nice quiet evening to share our fact restaurant with first time visitors to Palm Desert. We were seated out on the patio and the hostess sat a family with small children next to us. Crying kids all night long. There were more isolated tables that she could have put them at. I guess next time I will have to request a quiet table. Corktree still is one of our favorite restaurants!

A long time ago, I had the most wonderful scallops here. Last night, my husband and I both had the petite filet mignon. He medium rare, me medium well. They were cooked just right. But sadly they were a bit tough, and not flavorful and definitely requiring the big steak knife to saw and pull apart. The sauce and mashed potatoes were very good. Carrots were ok, asparagus ( usually my favorite) was a bit bitter. At more that 50$ each, we agreed the steaks could have been much better. Stick with Costco fillets and try something else here.

This place was recommended to us by a friend who suggested that we go for dinner. Before going I had a look at the Cork Tree website and unless I've gone blind there are NO prices listed on the menu. Why not? Are they embarrassed about the prices? I will never go to any restaurant that does not show their prices so we will not be going to Cork Tree.

Perfect from start to finish top 5 in the entire desert, will be back and will tell friends

One of my favorites! Always consistently good service, food, ambiance and the best bread. Love the basil martini and the beet salad. Short ribs were awesome!

We celebrated our anniversary. Had mushroom bisque soup. Out of this world delicious! Pasta primavera was excellent! My husband's scallops and prawns were amazing!! Service was excellent!!

Our service, food and presentation of food was excellent. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
