Perfect from start to finish top 5 in the entire desert, will be back and will tell friends

One of my favorites! Always consistently good service, food, ambiance and the best bread. Love the basil martini and the beet salad. Short ribs were awesome!

We celebrated our anniversary. Had mushroom bisque soup. Out of this world delicious! Pasta primavera was excellent! My husband's scallops and prawns were amazing!! Service was excellent!!

Elegant setting but missed the mark in details. It was our first time dining at Cork. We dine out often and enjoy discovering new places with great wine and authentic food, so we came in with high hopes. We ordered a 2011 Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon bottle, but the service fell short-our server didn't describe the wine or let it breathe, which was disappointing for such a nice bottle.The escargot appetizer was excellent and full of flavor, but our Caprese salad arrived with a thick piece of plastic in it, which was unsettling. The Cowboy steak had good flavor, and the au gratin-potatoes and green beans were a great addition, though the steak's texture was more like pulled pork than a classic cut. Dessert tasted boxed rather than homemade, and when l asked for a cappuccino, only whole milk was available-no alternatives. I switched to a caffeine-free tea,which was fine, but l would've liked to see the options first.Overall, Cork has a nice atmosphere and a few standout dishes, but the service and attention to detail didn't quite match the price point.

We had such a lovely experience for our first time dining with the Cork Tree and we will definitely be back.

First time at this restaurant even after visiting Palm Desert for 10 years. Absolutely incredible food and service. Will definitely be back.

Everything about Cork Tree was perfect, from the warm welcome at the front door to the exceptional service from Moses. The elegant atmosphere, complete with beautiful lighting and decor, was stunning. The appetizers were mouthwatering and presented beautifully. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

Our waiter and the staff were great! The drinks were on point! My Ribeye was perfectly medium rare and the potato's were delicious! My friends filet wa also perfect! My wife's Chilean Sea Bass was a little under in the middle and sister's salmon was, as she described , “fishy”. We would definitely return but probably shy away from the seafood dishes.

Our server, Moses, was fantastic and fun. Our favorite combo! We highly recommend everything-beautiful presentation and delicious!

Excellent food and service. There were six of us for dinner and every meal was delicious. There were six of us for dinner and everyone enjoyed their dishes. The cioppino was delicious and included a huge amount of fresh fish. Filet Mignon and halibut were outstanding and our waiter Moses was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and look forward to returning soon.

Some appetizers came out cold. Wedge salad had a hair in it. Everything else was good. Service a bit slow.
