Really surprisingly so awesome - we ordered mango passion boba, udon (spicy Korean), and strawberry Nutella crepe. 10/10.
Best udon I’ve had in the desert, very nicely balanced broth and great noodle texture. The quality of the broth is genuinely so high quality. The flavor of crepe is not too sweet also in a great way. The addition of corn flake for texture and the way it is wrapped in the cup is brilliant. So easy to eat. Perfect meal. So glad to have discovered this place and can’t wait to tell others about it.

Really quite shocking! I ordered a bowl of vegetarian Ramen from a shopping mall food court restaurant and it costs $17. The bowl had two tiny pieces of tofu and a teaspoon of corn. Otherwise it was just a bowl of noodles and vegetarian broth. When I mentioned it to the guy behind the counter, he didn’t respond or acknowledge my comment. I’ve enjoyed delicious sit down Asian restaurants and ordered a full entrée for the same price and far better food.

My first visit I ordered the belly of the beast and it was incredible. Teriyaki chicken and gyōza were also great. Horchata Macha was good. The crepes are on point and can be heavily customized to personal perfection. Friendly staff and even a few comfortable seats aside from the mall's general food court seating.

The most bland ramen I have ever had in my life! I have never had ramen that I can honestly say I did not like at all. I supposedly got the Tonkotsu broth. There was nothing that remotely represented pork flavor. The only decent ingredient was the Chashu. I am giving this place 3 stars because of their customer service. They are really friendly.

Pork gyoza was savory the sauce on the side was sweet and tangy . The ramen broth had depth and an amazing chili oil , the horchata Matcha was a fusion match made in heaven !

Might be the best Ramen place in the valley. Super rich and tasty broth, great portions, good prices. Their tea is also amazing.
Don't be put off because it's in a food court, it's amazing.

I usually only review places that ruined my night from a horrible experience or from awful food. This is the total opposite! I'm on vacation with my wife and decided to just have a "food court" type lunch at the local mall.
First and foremost, the shop looks amazing and smells even better. After reading a lengthy menu I asked the young lady for her recommendation. After explaining what I wanted in a dish, she recommended the Belly of the Beast dish, with udon as the noodle of choice.
Holy s**t! Not only was the flavor really really good, but it had a lot of flavors. Each ingredient shone like the main flavor, but blended and mixed well with all the other flavors. The broth was cooling from a boil so it was a good temperature, and a perfect level of "mild" spice for me. The plating was next level for a mall fast food shop. I am jaw dropped of how good it was and how beautiful it looked, especially since the young lady cooks everything from SCRATCH!!! It is very rare to leave a review without anything bad to say, but this was a perfect meal. Oh, was it expensive?! I dont remember or care. All I know is that whatever I paid, I under paid.
Belly of the Beast
Default ingredients
Tonkotsu broth, Spicy Korean Tare, half Ramen egg, chashu, Applewood bacon, pulled pork, woodear mushroom, spinach, kimchi, corn, seaweed, scallions, bonito, and I opted for the udon noodle.

Crepe(ing) ramen is truly the best ramen shop in the Coachella Valley. I have tried many other ramen restaurants and none have flavor. Crepe(ing) ramen has savory smooth taste like no other. You can tell they put a lot of work into making there broth. The plating is awesome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. The self seating and self ordering is genius. The huge variety or drinks like boba, teas and more is amazing. I recommend you try the mango strawberry boba. It has this really good strawberry compote that is WOW! Great job.

Garbage ramen. Paid for 4 pieces of chashu and got 1 small piece. Was not tasty either. Lots of good ramen options besides this garbage.
