The most bland ramen I have ever had in my life! I have never had ramen that I can honestly say I did not like at all. I supposedly got the Tonkotsu broth. There was nothing that remotely represented pork flavor. The only decent ingredient was the Chashu. I am giving this place 3 stars because of their customer service. They are really friendly.

Might be the best Ramen place in the valley. Super rich and tasty broth, great portions, good prices. Their tea is also amazing.
Don't be put off because it's in a food court, it's amazing.

I usually only review places that ruined my night from a horrible experience or from awful food. This is the total opposite! I'm on vacation with my wife and decided to just have a "food court" type lunch at the local mall.

First and foremost, the shop looks amazing and smells even better. After reading a lengthy menu I asked the young lady for her recommendation. After explaining what I wanted in a dish, she recommended the Belly of the Beast...
