Absolutely the most WONDERFUL meal we've had in the desert (and we've had a whole lot over the past twenty years that we've owned our second home there). To top it off, this was off their Restaurant Week menu. The Branzino was so beautifully prepared and presented; it was hands down one of the BEST fish dishes we've ever experienced anywhere in the world. Cannot say enough about how incredible the entire meal was. BRAVO!
The food and service were outstanding. However, the wine wasn't. It was expensive, and it just wasn't very good. The restaurant needs to revamp their wines by the glass. The Chardonnay, Rose Cremant, Sancerre and Chablis weren't up to the standards at Cuistot. Brandi did an outstanding job of serving us, but the dessert that we brought home wasn't the right item. We ordered the chocolate lava cake, and we were given a slice of chocolate mousse cake. The Chicken...
Excellent food and service. Your order may take a bit longer to arrive at your table, but the experience is worth the wait. This is our third visit to this restaurant, but won't be the last.
