yesterday me and my family decided to stop here for lunch. the cashier refused to take my order and was told to use the screen to order. I tried using the screen but wasn't sure how to get the discount price so asked if my order could be made through a cashier instead. lady refused to help. Definitely lousy

To put this nicely. This specific establishment was dirty and it was hard to obtain anything from the 3 or so staff, technically 1 since a lady was working orders and cooking and the other two were on break. Of course, the orders she was taking were only for the drive thru because it was only tablets that were missing items from the menu like the new drinks with popping boba and the queso dip. They had outside work being done, but it's not their fault the dust was blowing towards us. I suppose they weren't expecting customers, but since the tables inside were dirty, we and an older couple had to sit outside. It took about 20 something minutes to get our order as well as the drink public machine wasn't working but the lady was kind enough to give us our drink using the machine in the back for the drive thru. The parking lot is strangely designed with 2 parking spots then a sidewalk piece, and then more parking next to it, making it a blind spot that's easy to accidentally run over. I'll just assume it's staff parking though. I don't expect much from a del taco, but this was just too much of an experience to have and not share with others. 😀
Kid-friendliness: They told my younger brother they don't have water, which would mean the only other option for water you have to pay for. I'll also assume that, like the public drink machine, their water pump is also broken.

I was there on Friday January 17th 2025 , the lady older with grey hair was so rude , I apologized for not speaking Spanish , and she yelled at me that she spoke perfect English:(.. I paid with my Ebt card thru the drive through. Food was awful . I asked for hot sauce she threw 2 packets in . Then I went on Today the 19th to get a drink and a salad , she yelled again she cannot understand me:(.. I speak perfect English and had been going to this Del Taco since I was a teenager. I am now 60 - I got to the window through the drive-through and she said I cannot serve EBT ever. She embarrassed me and that is never ok . I was crying on the way home . Because I may look abled body but does not mean I have no disability-As I just had knee surgery, The main reason why I was getting food in the drive-through.. I don’t know who owns this store but this lady with grey hair is just mean for no reason ! My older friends go here also and now go to La Quinta because of her .. truly sad . I worked in customer service since I was 15 and never would treat someone like she treated me . Both were around 3:45 pm . I read more reviews just now and see a picture of her - glasses ,rude , aggressive and very demeaning.. why have a person like this ???? She is single handily ruining once a great little place -

On this day once again I received my order with a burrito that was a kids size burrito along with cold fries. I asked while ordering (drive through) that I get a burrito that is not a kids size and when I made it to the window to get my order I asked if my order was made the way it should be and the lady at the window pulled my burrito out of the bag after I paid for my food and show me the burrito that was a kid size burrito... Again cold fries to boot. I work for Del Taco in the past. There service and customer service sucks at this restaurant. She even stated that she was going to call 911. Where in the hell is customer service? This business is turned for the worst!

The service was top-notch. I am on a restricted salt diet. We asked for no added salt for my fries. One of the staff cleaned all the salt off of the cooking utensils used to make my food. Everything tasted good. The restaurant itself could use upgrading. I will be back.

I love Del Taco but the service here is abysmal. The food quality is extremely variable, with some days having appropriate portions than others (don’t hold your breath, you’ll get underserved more often than not).
Ever since I saw a new manager (I think her name is Jasmine) appear, I keep being asked to go in reverse in the drive thru so they can meet some arbitrary timer that’s set up. I’ve had people honk and yell at me because they obviously don’t understand what’s going on. A terrible experience every time, just so this new manager can make this store appear better. I’ll be going to any another Del Taco from now on.
