Today I ordered 2 classic chicken burritos and to bean and cheese burritos and the bean and cheese burrito’s had green sauce which was not a big deal but the old Hispanic lady that took my order could barely speak or understand the language we speak in the USA. Overall it wasn’t a super big deal but just letting you know that orders will be messed up

I placed an order that wasn’t that complicated a simple chili cheese fry with sour cream soft taco no lettuce and raspberry tea and I get a soft taco with lettuce and chili cheese fry no sour cream and a cherry coke I even confirmed my order 3 times with the lady and she still gets it wrong

I ordered 3 carnitas burritos with extra meat. Got barely any meat. The meat I did get was dry and tasted very unpleasant. I requested a refund and was refused. I threw away my $27 order in their trash and left. I did not get to have a meal on my lunch break
