Never going back there again they hardly put any meat on the taco I ordered and when we asked the lady is this really how much meat you guys put on the taco she said yes! It was hardly any meat. Never experienced that before. Waste of money!

I have been coming to Del taco Monterey every Tuesday for the past 4 years because my child wanted tacos every tuesday but this was the 1st time that I had a snack tacos that so little meat in it. I was so disappointed. Do I get little meat because it's Taco Tuesday and I pay less than regular price?

Went to the drive thru around 3:30 am and was met with a rude worker who obviously didn't care to at least try to do their job. Our order we made was missing a taco and we received no straws for the drinks. As soon as we were handed our bags, the employee without saying a word closed the window and didn't ask if we wanted any sauce or not. This was the second time in a row this happened. An item was also missing from our oder that previous day.

Talk about disgusting. I went here to use the restroom but ended up getting food as well. The “all gender” restroom had urine all over the floor! And a puddle of urine directly in front of the toilet seat. The floor in front of the fountain drinks was all wet and looked like there was mud or feces from someone’s shoe. Surfaces around the place had what I can only assume was soda. The food was less than mid! Strawberry Sprite didn’t taste at all like what it should have. Pretty much tastes like water so paid for a cup of water with strawberries in it. Stop giving these disgusting places business…

The last two time I’ve come in here for lunch and my order has taken at least 20 min. This last time they took forever and when they called me up, my order still wasn’t complete. They forgot both my fries they didn’t have works out and so I had to ask and I had to keep asking they didn’t give me my drink cup. And they acted bothered when I asked for these things disappointed cause I really liked coming here for lunch before now the ladies are just rude.

Overnight crew needs and unexpected visit or change had 4 cars waiting for almost an hour got there at 1:06 left at 1:46 2 people just completely left, Its del taco not in and out 😉

In a hurry? Looking for FAST food? This isn’t the place. We ordered the big box and a burrito. Waited for the food for 15 minutes. The staff can’t greet you because you know they have the kiosk to order from. Once our food was done it sat on a counter dying a slow cold death while we patiently waited. Why? Well because there’s 3 people working one who prances around in the back. One who makes the food and one who does drive thru. Thank goodness they have those kiosks to make ordering easier and faster.
