Went through drive through at 1030pm on feb18 , order 1 del burrito and I gave ISREAL the cashier my card he looked at me and said give me the food back , I said what happened , he said your card had insufficient funds , as I look at my phone it said fraud charge, so I push ok for transactions I asked for his name he ISREAL I SAID I WILL CALL GM. IN MORNING AS I WAS DRIVING OFF HE FLIP ME OFF AND MY 14 YEAR DAUGHTER SAW THAT AND MY WIFE, I WILL REPORT ISREAL GM AND CORPORATE . ALSO SEE Pic OFF Israel. UPDATE HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS CARLOS I WENT IN STORE HIS NAME IS ISREAL.

The young man taking the order was not listening to our order, and finally got the order, it was all wrong!!! My daughter was so mad!!! These young generations have no manners unless you work for In N & Out, they are all polite.To make matters worse, the drink had a leak on the bottom and it led to Disaster in my car.Getting mature people that can take orders correctly.

The food is very delicious and the service is very good, but there are many times when I go to buy fish tacos and they give me the food reheated, and it is very hard to chew, you cannot eat it like that, please if you make a mistake in an order or It's leftover, make the food fresh!!

The service was decent but the interactions with employees were brief due to the kiosk style ordering system used in the lobby. You order your food using an electronic kiosk 15 feet from the counter where you pick up the food. Employees were nice and helpful with getting the restroom opened for my son.The food is surprisingly good and amazingly priced considering the high prices we are experiencing even in the fast food industry. 5 of us eating cost me less than $30, which is hard to do these days.
