The tea wasn't good
A LOT of options. The employee recommendations were yummy and the prices were fair. A great stop for something sweet after a nice dinner!

Met up with a friend to catch up over boba around 7pm on a Tuesday. I don’t like overly sweet boba so I go the Jasmine Boba milk tea with half the sweet. My friend and I received our boba quickly and it tasted great. There were a few board games available and a pool table available to rent $15 per hour. The aesthetics of the inside were cute and minimalist. Will be coming back soon!

Subpar drinks compared to other locations. A little different here too... they give you levels for sweetness and ice but then charge you for it. I haven't experienced this at other locations before. Ordered a drink with less ice and half sugar and it cost $0.50 extra and then to add boba is another $0.65... so 2 drinks came out to $13. Plus they are a little stingy in boba.
Update 2024: got thai tea. It was so artifical tasting that I couldn't drink it. Extremely disappointed.

Went in about 2 weeks ago after work, I was really craving a Thai tea so I decided to give this place a try. The tea had an awful taste to it, the only way I could describe it was “old.” I drove off trying to mix it but it still had a weird taste, and after paying $6+ for this drink I decided to turn around and ask for the tea to be remade with fresh tea. The staff was combative and saying the tea is fresh almost seeming like they weren’t willing to remake the drink. I even suggested maybe I can get a different kind of drink or a refund, and after a few minutes of back and forth they finally said ok we will make a new one. The new tea tasted a little better but it still had a weird after taste. I couldn’t get myself to enjoy the drink so it sadly went to waste. If you are a Thai tea lover, I would avoid this place. Instead of trying to be helpful the staff just made me feel embarrassed for asking for the drink to be remade.

Went for a quick bubble tea and OMG, this place is good. My order was a classic brown sugar milk tea with boba and grass jelly. The servers were very kind and I was glad they could make my request of light grass jelly. The drink was really tasty, sweet, and the boba was chewy and bouncy and had a nice texture. Must say the interior looked a bit empty, and could use with some decor and more tables. For this reason I recommend the takeout as opposed to dine in.

So my daughter & I enjoy Boba all over the country and I’ve had Boba in Japan as well. This place really caught my eye because it’s super cute. It’s in a strip mall with Rite Aid and Ralph’s and is super convenient to our villa.
Our service with the first girl that took the order was fine except for she doesn’t really listen when you’re speaking so she didn’t understand what I was ordering so when I went to pick up the order, it was totally different from what I ordered. Upon tasting my daughter’s Thai milk tea I decided not to go with 50% sugar and told the person that was making it to go ahead and do full sugar because it tasted like there was no sugar in my daughters which was a full sugar. So the person making the tea acknowledged she heard me. She also put it in not the plastic cup that typical milk tea is in and she said they don’t put the milk tea in the plastic cups so she proceeded to put it in a paper Cup. Let’s just say that my peach milk tea was probably the worst milk tea that I’ve ever had and it had absolutely no sweetness to it (and I don’t require much) so I don’t believe she put any sugar even though I asked for full sugar.
We will be in Palm Springs for about four more days but needless to say I will not be going back to this place. I will try to find something in the rest of the greater Palm Springs area if I need to cure my hankering for Boba.

The Matcha Latte is the perfect balance between bitter and sweet... While the Monster Boba Latte has the perfect blend of brown sugar, honey, and almond. Menu items are reasonably priced. There are hot and cold options, dairy alternatives, and plenty of toppings you can add to your drinks.

I asked for my drink without sugarAnd it had so much sugarI asked and they said they didn’t put any I didn’t even want to argue so I just threw it away I should’ve waited to get the drink before giving them a tip

Don't add boba. Their boba cooks into a lump and when you use the straw it gets clogged, it's so bad I don't understand why the waiters continue to use it despite this obvious problem.
