I asked for my drink without sugarAnd it had so much sugarI asked and they said they didn’t put any I didn’t even want to argue so I just threw it away I should’ve waited to get the drink before giving them a tip

2 stars for the atmosphere and the pool table however the Thai tea with cream cheese was not good at all. I saved the drink to see if someone at home would drink it but it tasted like artificial sweeteners ...

Don't add boba. Their boba cooks into a lump and when you use the straw it gets clogged, it's so bad I don't understand why the waiters continue to use it despite this obvious problem.

This is a cute little business in need of a real manager or a real owner. The pool table is a distraction for the guy running the place. The chairs provided for patrons are uncomfortable.

Three of us had a boba craving while heading back to our hotel after a day of hiking at Joshua Tree. This Ding Tea is at a great location in a strip mall near a Ralph's grocery store. While my hometown of Seattle also has a Ding Tea, I've never been and I didn't realize how large their menu is. It took us a few minutes to peruse the options, but the cashier and bobarista were both super patient as we made our decisions. The promotional poster outside the door ultimately swayed me into choosing an iced matcha latte. After all, I wasn't able to have my daily matcha while on vacation, so it was truly calling me! In just a few minutes, our drinks were served. + MATCHA LATTE w/ BOBA ($5.35 regular size + $0.85 for boba): While this drink had more of a milky matcha flavor, I really enjoyed it. Given that the boba was already sweetened, I ordered my tea with 0% sugar and it was just right. Despite me not specifying the ice level, it was also perfectly done. The latte was on the thinner side, on the verge of watery, but I could taste the matcha which was the most important. The boba had a nice bouncy texture, but many of the pearls were for some reason stuck together and it was a challenge to drink them through the straw. They offer two sizes - regular and large. I would consider their "regular" size to actually be small and their "large" to be the standard size at other boba tea shops. Therefore, over $6 for just a small is not a cheap price, but given the touristy area this shop resides in, the cost is not too surprising. When a boba craving calls, sometimes you just have to give in regardless of the circumstances!

I enjoy the service that some of the employees bring into the store as they're always welcoming to me, however, the service the owner brings is way below standards. He always has a terrible energy whenever I come in and never welcomes me or even smiles; I always feel as if I'm being rushed or he wants me out. Also, the way he treats his workers is beyond unacceptable, I've only seen disrespect to them no matter how hard I see them working. It is absurd that he can be found berating and yelling at workers in front of PAYING customers. I always used to enjoy buying drinks here and was even motivated to apply once. However, due to the hostile environment brought in, I'm glad I never did. I do not think I can support this business anymore due to management. I see this business unfit to stay open unless changes can be made for the betterment of the workers.

The drink was great but they forgot my toppings and now I’m just drinking milk tea, even though I got milk tea with lychee jelly.

The first moment I walked in I felt something was wrong. The two guys working were playing around behind the counter, and the decorations felt like a funeral. I ordered the "monster boba latte" and it taste like pure sugar. The whole vibe about this store was off. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I don't reccomend coming here again. As an example, their strawberry milk tea contained undissolved bits of who knows what. When we showed it to them, they admitted to putting it into a non clear cup to mask it. Just horrible.

Nice place , good milk tea, enthusiastic staff. There's also a pool table to play while waiting for your drink, making it a must-visit place to experience. I love

Subpar drinks compared to other locations. A little different here too... they give you levels for sweetness and ice but then charge you for it. I haven't experienced this at other locations before. Ordered a drink with less ice and half sugar and it cost $0.50 extra and then to add boba is another $0.65... so 2 drinks came out to $13. Plus they are a little stingy in boba. Probably won't come here again.

Came late to ding tea and Tj and Aki served us! It wasn't too crowded so we didn't feel rushed to order. TJ was so inviting that we felt comfortable to stay and play at the pool table. This ding tea is super clean and the drinks were great. Not too sweet. This will definitely be our new hangout spot.

The cashier is super nice, but the male barista was rude, originally I asked for no ice, but he said no, so i said less ice was fine, he gave me full cup of ice in my drink. They use syrups and powders, there is no real fruit by the way.
