If I could give this place a -10 on Starz I would I have been in California for one day at the hotel I ordered a pizza from this location it never arrives I called back they told me it was sent to another location I called that location they told me that it would not have came to them and it did not come to them I called this location back got somebody on the phone and they put me on hold and never came back worst service ever I have been waiting for over an hour almost an hour and a half and no pizza

The server who cut and handed me my pizza could not have cared less about providing good service. I didn’t care much that he sulked super slowly getting up to the register and going to get pizzas for myself and the guy in front of me. Seeing how badly he cut my pizza, however, made me want to write this review.
The other guy in the back making the pizzas seemed fine, but the server I interacted with makes me not recommend ordering from this location.

Waited over about an hour for my online carry out order to be ready. It was placed at 11:28 and was not ready until after 12:15 ish. So upset as my lunch is from 11-12 so I could not enjoy my meal.
It took 50 mins for them to make 2 med xtra pepperoni pizzas. The pizza was undercooked, not cut well, and did not have xtra pepperoni. Horrible! I wish people would make food orders as if they were making it for them selves or at the very least follow the process provided to them with the proper measurements every single time... Take some pride in your work and do better!

Less than zero. Did not deliver on time (30 min. late) when I called to ask where our Pizza was she told there was no order for our number. 5 min later the delivery was knocking on our door with a cold flat lifeless dried out pizza that was not the one I ordered & then raised the balance $10.00. Horrible experience & will never order from the Ramon Road location.

Has placed an online delivery. With the highest estimate delivery would be 30 minutes. Took an 1 hour to get my pizza. Finally ready to eat my “extra” pepperoni pizza haha the dude bust of been high to cut it this way
I've been ordering pizzas with no cheese weekly with no problem until today. One was burnt and inedible. The server told me that always happened and argued when I told him it had been fine before. He said it was my fault for not ordering extra sauce. He remade it with far, far too much sauce so it was soggy. Because of his attitude, rudeness, and ineptness, I will no longer purchase pizzas here.
