Dragon Sushi is outstanding! Danny, the itamae, puts so much skill and passion into every roll. I had the freshwater eel roll and the salmon roll — two classics, but here they taste absolutely exceptional. The eel was tender and flavorful with just the right glaze, and the salmon was fresh, buttery, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell the difference when someone with true expertise prepares even the simplest rolls. Highly recommend this place if you want top-quality...
