Need music earlier because the bar is packed. Lots of noise(talking). Lobster tacos need less cheese/ fillers. Taste is lost. Lamb chops and Sushi very good. I love going to Eddy Vs.😍

The best meal and service I have had in the Coachella Valley by far. It is pricey but we'll worth it. We had a party of 6 and everyone loved their food from the filet to the sole to the pasta dishes.

We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary dinner! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our server, James, went above and beyond to make our night so special. He was attentive, warm, and made us feel celebrated the entire evening. The food was outstanding, and to top it off, James surprised us with dessert and champagne for our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening unforgettable. We are so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my Mother-in-law's 89th birthday. They had pre decorated the table with birthday confetti and a sweet note/message in the center. Everything was above my expectation, service, food and ambiance. Definitely will be back.

We have had good service and food at Eddie Vs before and expected the same last evening. The service was outstanding. The pace and friendliness of our server was excellent. Unfortunately, most of the food didn't match the service. The only good item was the lobster tacos which were fabulous. We both ordered the filet medallions Oscar style which was terribly disappointing. It consisted of a filet cut in half with a flavorless lump of white stuff in the middle that was hard to identify as crab. There were also a few asparagus spears. The sauce was very salty and both my wife and I noted that 1/2 of each slab of our steaks was tough. A side dish of lobster mashed potatoes was also a failure. The potatoes were so soft one could almost drink it through a straw and the lobster pieces were tough and tasteless. We did enjoy a desert plate of a piece of banana foster butter cake, a mound of sorbet and some chocolate cookies provided by the restaurant for our anniversary.

Whether it's steak or seafood, salads or deserts! Cocktails by mixologists & a decent wine list. We like the HH in the bar too; for early evening drop ins. One, if not the best fine dining in the Cv!
