Only disappoint here is the lack of availability of menu items. the last three times we have been in for dinner, the server had to come back to the table to let us know they are out of what we ordered...Basic items and pretty early in the evening. Disappointing. Service was excellent as always.

As usual Eddie V's continues to impress. Our waiter, Moises, was engaging from the moment he took our drink order. He remained attentive all evening. The service, food, pacing was excellent. We started our dining al fresco but the wind picked up and our request to move inside was easily accomplished. We enjoyed flaming desserts, coffee and continued attentive service. Eddie V's continues to be the place for that special dining experience.

We always enjoy Eddie V's so we took our family who were visiting from the East Coast for Spring Break. We had our two young grandsons (7 & 8) who were offered the children's menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal which included the shrimp, parmesan sole and a side if the crab fried rice and for dessert the amazing bananas foster butter cake. Our daughter and son-in-law had never had butter cake so it was a soecial treat for them. And the experience was made even better by our server, Eric, who did a great job making everyone comfortable and happy even offering the boys some special cherries for their Shirley Temples and accommodating our every request. For some reason, there seems to be a lot of turnover in staff at Eddie V's. Every time we have a server we really like, he or she is no longer here the next time we visit. Not sure why that is, but hope Eric will be around the next time - he was the best!

I highly recommend Eddy Vs in Palm Desert, it is one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Desert! We went to Eddy Vs on Oct 13th for my significant other’s 70th birthday. Patrick was our server and he was absolutely incredible. He spent time with us answering our questions, made great recommendations, and was so pleasant. We both ordered the Hong Kong style sea bass and OMG, it is incredible! So fresh and light and full of flavor, it is absolutely the best sea bass we have ever eaten. We were seated at a nice booth decorated with rose petals, which was appreciated. We enjoyed a drink at the bar prior to dinner and Raul made the perfect Manhatten, Marylyn Monroe style, which we had never had prior and it was delicious. Shante was the hostess and she was very sweet and personable. I wish I could remember the young brunette that assisted Patrick, she was very very sweet and listened to our recent traveling stories. We had an incredible evening and will definitely return soon.

Loved the caviar, the wedge salad, the incredible steak. My friends got salmon and Sea Bass and it was all fantastic. The desert tart was not good the crust was store bought, but everything else was fabulous including the service.
