Terrible service nothing but attitude from the whole staff!! The entire place is dirty! No napkins. Took one bite and the burrito fell apart. Never coming back here

Food was cold, I had to eat my salad with a spoon and no napkins were given.
Queso crunch double chicken bowl was good. Ordered 12 peace chicken meal. However I ordered 4 churros and only got 2.

If I could give a negative score for my review I would . The customer service was totally crap. Totally rude and unprofessional. I didn't catch the teabaggers name but .... Holy moly. I will never go back there. My entire meal tasted burnt , not sure if it was the rice or the chicken but it was disgusting . Also no eating utensils and no napkins given. Paid 31 bucks for 2 meals that I couldn't even swallow.... Coming from me that is SHOCKING!!! Will never go to this place again! Lessons learned

I love their chicken quesadilla with breastmeat. Its amazing! But my order was made wrong today, so I was upset about that!

Pulled up to the drive through and they said to tell them when I was steady to order. I waited about 2-3 minutes and kept asking if I can order. No one replied. Not sure why it’s upsetting I just go to del taco

Food counter, table and soda area were sticky and greasy. No one was attentive nor present at the food counter (other than 2 electronic ordering stations). Didn’t expect el pollo loco I remembered from my childhood in Mexico, but the chicken breast and wings were dry, had an unappealing look and were borderline inedible. Won’t be returning to this, nor any other Pollo Loco.
This place is dirty place. They’re nasty.
