I came here when they were opening i lknow this new trend about paying all with card so they didn't have change i couldnt order, if you are gonna open a restaurant having change is as important as having the food ready

Best subs in town ,, great customer service , clean restaurant!!!! Founded by firefighters , they have a foundation set up for pulic safty so you can donate by rounding up your change or buy a pickle bucket for 3 bucks !!!! (Cheaper than home depot) As they will tell you that the hook and ladder is the most popular ,, all the subs are fantastic !!!!

First person (short guy with a lot of beard) spoke with, didn’t seem to want to be at work and you surely can’t expect a smile. My first question, if I get the turkey ranch do I have to have ranch. He said no. I ordered my sandwich NO RANCH… waited patiently. While waiting a couple came in and ordered. They walked to the other side of counter where food will come out. The man’s card didn’t clear and instead of going and telling him he decided to yell across the place so others can hear that the man’s card didn’t clear. That wasn’t enough so the guy making sandwich’s said it even louder, hey there is an issue with payment over there. That is so rude if you ask me. Why make someone feel like that? No common courtesy anymore. Anyway, my food comes out with hot pepper ranch as I asked for it not to have! I saw as I was taking and informed them I ask for no ranch. They took it back and made the couples food instead of mine to get them out the door and I had to wait much long than I should have. When you make a mistake on the first customers food, fix that first as you’ve now delayed them who could be on a lunch break. Our customer service has just gradually declined that most people don’t even have those skills anymore and the companies don’t care. Gonna have to not treat myself out anymore to avoid this terrible service. Go get a job you actually like if it’s that hard for you guy ? smh

Very great subs I like the spicy Cajun chicken sub and classic hook and latter sub their great and delicious also great service

Parking: Easy parking mixed with Starbucks and T-Mobile with wheelchair parking spots also

Well it was all fine and dandy until I asked for a sandwich. Bread and ham. That’s it. I say not toasted. I go back for my sandwich and they toasted it. Not only that but they said to me, “we know you didn’t want your sandwich toasted. But we did it anyways, is that fine?” I was in a hurry so I couldn’t say no but seriously, the sandwich was wet and gross. I’m sure Firehouse Subs is great but don’t ever eat here if you’re hungry.

First experience at a Firehouse Subs store.Cuban and Club on a Sub were excellent. Went back for another Cuban next day it was so good!

The place was nice and clean. Got the Spicy Cajun Chicken. My food came out pretty quick and it was absolutely delicious.It is pretty expensive if you compare it to other places but it goes to the Firefighters and that’s all the incentive I need to buy. I’d much rather support this place than other cheaper places that don’t donate to good causes.

This location was surrounded by lots of other fast food places, including Jersey Mike's and Subway. It takes a bit of navigating to get to Firehouse Subs from the freeway. The subs are great! I got the pepperoni meatball pizza sub and my wife got the New York Steamer sub. Note, to use their bathrooms you need to ask for a key to unlock the door.
