From the first call and it was answered within threes rings my Cameron to our wonderful event, First Class Catering was a brilliant group! We used First Class Catering to cater our 50th anniversary. We picked them based on the level of communication - very time we called the phone was answered by Cameron our event manager within two or three rings - that was big for us - after trying to get quote from four other catering services, First Class Catering was only one to answer and created a quote within 4 hours “wow”.
We were working with Cameron from Prescott AZ. and he made it so very to plan things out. After three weeks we scheduled a site survey with Cameron and resort manager, Cameron was early and was already working with resort team. With that great experience, we scheduled a tasting and signed the contract with our deposit. Cameron stayed in contact regularly till our event 12/23/2025 - the food and beverage services were great along service team! If you need a catering team - 100% you need First Class Catering Services.

First Class Catering was absolutely amazing to work with and the food and drinks were delicious!! We worked with Cameron and he was extremely easy to work with, responsive, and instilled confidence that everything was going to work out perfectly, even with the potential rain on our wedding day. Would definitely recommend!

First Class Catering did and excellent job all around and from beginning to end. Cameron, all though ill and not able to attend the event, was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to cater any event. Mine had a predicted 90 attendees with 77 showing up. All left satisfied!

In addition to doing all of that, First Class Catering suggested and delivered spectacular Mid-Century-themed passed apps, bar + wine service, fresh-baked sourdough loaves and plated dishes, including a surf & turf with the best lobster tail I’ve ever had. All customized requests (GF/DF/Vegan) were handled perfectly.

It was clear I’d hired the right caterer way before our wedding day. Their communications were stellar: They sent an estimate immediately, were available for our many questions throughout the process, and everyone was super kind. FCC made planning easy, offering live cloud-based quote adjustments, a phenomenal tasting preview at their restaurant, a thoughtful site walk-through, and even help determining what to rent (their expert guidance saved us a lot of money). Their event service was professional, impeccable, and invisible. And I’m still not tired of hearing “Best wedding food ever!”

We used First Class Catering Service for our wedding and it was a great experience from start to finish. The pricing was very fair and we were able to work out a deal since we reached out and committed early. The communication was great and there was always someone to help answer any questions we had. We got the chance to do our tasting at their restaurant and meet the chef and kitchen where they do all the cooking which was great and they were upfront and honest about their food and services. Overall a great company to work with for any event you may be looking to have.

I could not have asked for a better company to work with ❣️. Michael knows all about Palm Springs (weather, locals, partners. Etc.) and was such a great collaborator. Very happy with their quick responses when we needed any updates to the contract (worked really well with our wedding coordinator!).
We had so many compliments from our guests about how great the food was (we did American style buffet). Everyone was happy and impressed with how amazing the staff and bartenders were.

I hired First Class to prepare a sit down dinner for 15 guests for my husband's 40th birthday. The entire experience from booking the event to the actual event went seamlessly. Cameron, the manager who helped me put together the menu and pricing options for the event was professional, curteous, and very responsive. On the night of the dinner, two servers and Chef Victor arrived. They were so kind and professional and ORGANIZED. The team knew exactly what needed to be done and the entire evening went off without a hitch! We started the evening with passed goat cheese crostinis, that were an absolute hit. Then we were served a classic ceaser salad with the most delicious parmesan crisp and finally for our main we had the braised short rib with jalepeno and bacon mac and cheese, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Everyone agreed that the short ribs may have been the best we've actually ever had. It was perfectly cooked and fork tender. Lastly we had a vanilla birthday cake with cream filling and chocolate glaze. It was light and fluffy and delicious and exactly my husband's favorite type of cake. The guests were all amazed and so satisfied by the end of the meal. Plus, the crew bussed our tables and left the kitchen in immaculate shape. I highly recommend First Class for your private event needs!

Phenomenal service, excellent food and great communication. They took care of our entire event from food to bar to service to table and dish rentals and everything went off perfectly and they were so pleasant to work with. They will be my go-to for all catering events moving forward.
