First Class Catering Service. The name says it all. First Class was simply Firsst Class. The meal and the service was outstanding. We will definitely do it again.

Phenomenal service, excellent food and great communication. They took care of our entire event from food to bar to service to table and dish rentals and everything went off perfectly and they were so pleasant to work with. They will be my go-to for all catering events moving forward.

What a professional and extremely pleasant experience from the first phone contact to the final cleanup! Mariah, Marco and Chef Sergio arrived on time, delivered the most delicious food, hot and cold, and served the most excellent passed hors d'oeuvres with style and class! Our guests were amazed at how fast the service was, and I was extremely happy as well. l'll definitely use them again and again!

This was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! The food was delicious-- perfectly seasoned, mouthwatering and beautifully presented. We chose the American cuisine and we had options for our vegetarian & vegan friends. The service was impeccable, professional and friendly. From the beginning, 10 months prior to the rehearsal dinner, First Class Catering was immediately responsive and extremely helpful with the menu and all the details. The event went off without a hitch and was perfection. The meal was very good and the service outstanding. Thank you First Class Catering.

First Class Catering hosted our Halloween Party this year and they did an AMAZING job! I didn't have to worry about a thing. They had 3 servers to take care of our guests. A bartender that made awesome drinks. I cannot say enough good things. At the end of the night they had cleaned up and all I had to do was go to bed lol

We used FCCS for my sons rehearsal dinner. Everything was AMAZING!! From the first contact to the cleanup, I highly recommend this caterer.
Very easy and clear communication right from the start.
Then came the delish food! The shrimp wrapped bacon apps were a hit! All the food was so good.

I don't normally write reviews unless places are outstanding, but with the amount of money we paid for catering to not have it outstanding was enough for me to write a review.
I don't want to give these guys a 1 star rating because I feel like Michael and Mariah worked really hard for us but there was some miscommunication between the chefs I think.
This was the most important part of my wedding for me. And it turned out to be the worst part of the day. If I could have cooked dinner for 230 people and gone back to the festivities I would have but that's not going to happen. I made it very clear about what I was looking for and I gave them my own recipes for certain items that needed to be elevated to a certain standard. They only used one of my recipes and everything else was the same. Here was the menu.
Crab cake with Spicy remoulaude- not what we wanted, we asked them to change this to a real crab Salad on a wonton chip or a fillo cup during the tasting.
Bacon wrapped dates- they were good but cold
Crostini with whipped goats cheese- I had them add my recipe for a Mushroom pate here & it was delicious
Shrimp with pinalepple chutney- delicious
Watermelon and Feta skewers- good vegetarian option. I had them change the type of feta they use to double cream it was worth it.

Braised beef with Mushroom Gravy-
The Gravy I had asked for had mushrooms shallots garlic cream and herbs and made with a true roux. That didn't happen. It was just beef stock, wine and cornstarch slurry. No aromatics no cream. Not what we asked for. It was gloopy and flavorless.
Seared Salmon With Hand cut Chimichurri- I made a note to add fresh lemon juice and Capers to the Chimichurri. It was good but too spicy. The salmon was cooked well but everything was cold I got complaints all night.
Galic confit mashed potatoes- they were just garlic mashed potatoes they did not have my confit garlic folded through like I'd asked.
Roasted Seasonal Vegetables-
The were really dark and over cooked. They were also cold.
The salad needed more acid in the vinegarette like I asked and my salad was missing the Feta and I had to send it back.
Like I said I had really high expectations and standards for the food at my wedding and I was severely let down I'm so sad to say. I really hate leaving negative reviews but for the price of a new car and the amount of effort I put in for the recipes to just be ignored was disappointing to say the least. It was the weakest link when I needed it to be the strongest.

I had a feeling when I first spoke with Chef Michael and then Chef Cameron that First Class Catering Service was going to be the best choice and I was not wrong! They provided detailed answers to all of our questions and made suggestions that made the entire process extremely easy. They set up on time and walked us through each dish and ingredients and made a perfectly organized display on the day of our reception. Everyone raved about the food! Especially the Loaded Mac N Cheese, tri tip and the Caesar dressing! We will definitely book First Class Catering for our future events!

Just used First Class Catering Service for a party we hosted and I can’t recommend them enough! The food was delicious- we got so many compliments! The team was so professional through our email communication and the team that set up the food was so courteous, prompt and made a beautiful presentation.
