I come here all the time because I love the food . My favorite is chicken Minerva burrito, I love their red and green sauce. The amount of food is good as well. The only complaint I have about this place is the servers are always busy or ignores side request easily. I go there for food that’s about it. They are very careful with napkins and it is uncomfortable to keep asking while they are busy taking other clients. It is a small restaurant but usually there are 1-2 server at most. Also to note they also charge extra fee if you are using credit card. The price of food have changed over years and it’s getting pricier each time. But I still go there because I just love their burrito and chips and salsa. They have good margaritas too. I wish they have more non alcoholic drinks besides Jamaica and soda. Other than that over the years I have learned to carry cash so I don’t pay extra on my food. I like to leave good tip if they do good service but since most of the times they really are not customer focused I feel like do they deserve it for not attending to customers? But then the cooks are doing their jobs well. And I do go there more than often. So for a quick food and close by other stores , it’s a nice place to have drink and I suggest anyone going there to try Minerva burrito for sure.
Parking: There’s enough parking on the side since it’s next to CVS and Albertsons
I really don't want to share this place, because they are so good! But I have to tell people, the best beans and rice are here! The tacos are equally exceptional. And, they will actually stay open late if they're busy. You can also call and place orders for pick up. Always super friendly service. I go here often. Check them out!

First time visiting this restaurant, we had amazing service. He was very quick to get us our chips and margaritas. The patio is surprisingly peaceful for being in a big shopping center. They have misters and umbrellas to keep you cool on the outside patio. We enjoyed the tostada grande and the Carne Asada plate. The Cadillac margarita with tequila Blanco was amazing. It has a nice ambience on the patio with the overhead lighting at night.
Dietary restrictions: I asked for no tomatoes and pico de gallo because I am allergic and they were able to accommodate that
Kid-friendliness: It is very much a family environment

We grabbed quick takeout tacos from Flor de Jalisco and were blown away. Staff were great, prices were fair, tacos were awesome! We had the pastor and carne asada, and both types were very tasty. Fresh corn tortillas with good chew, well-seared meat, good portions. Salsas were delicious, too. Nice work!

Went by a few times the past week. The main lady that takes your orders was very envious and rude. She is miserable and not sure if she’s family related in the business there. I tried and tired going back there because their food and drinks were delicious. She also had the guy take over our table the last day eating out there. I will never go back there again. She looks also like she’s with the cook there always sitting next to him as he’s always sitting down out with everyone in his phone and doesn’t wash his hands when he’s back to the kitchen. I don’t recommend as far as service. That lady needs to be fired from there. I hope something is done about this. Never complained to them there in person because the vibes were bad with her. Now that I wrote this bad review I will be contacting the owner to get an outcome from all of this. We weren’t served rite as in just asking for our orders a drinks prior. No forks no dressings no nothing. Please let her go. It’s a great place as far as the drinks and food ??
