100% amazing service. Highly recommend THIS location! Was welcomed in immediately with a smile even though they were busy making drinks. Was told they would be right with me. Ordered a smoothie and substituted almond milk for coconut and was asked if it was do to a nut allergy. THANK YOU for taking but allergies serious! I then asked if there was soy in their proteins. (I know I’m a lot and a difficult order) but the manager was happy to grab the bags and double check! I was then waiting for my drink and the other associate handed out an order to another customer, but smiled at me and reassured me that mine was coming out shortly. These simple gestures made my experience! Oh and the açaí smoothie was AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back!

I had read a bunch of reviews complaining about the service and not the product so I gave it a try. I was presently surprised by the exceptional service I received from Arden. She greeted me at the door and service was fast. Juice was also excellent.

My friends, family, and I have been coming here for a long time, and we have always had a good experience. The past few times I have came in, the girls have been dismissive, lazy, and sitting around talking to each other instead of getting orders done. On this past Memorial Day I went, and the store opened at 8 and it was 8, and I got the door shut in my face while the workers were just walking in at the last minute. However, I love the menu and have no complaints otherwise!

Huge disappointment! I walked in with my husband to find no one behind the counter because all the girls were too busy in the back laughing among each other. After waiting awhile I had to finally yell out is anyone working here? Finally, this young girl comes out and never even apologized or welcomed us. Because clearly she didn't care!
After ordering a beet juice and my husband ordered a smoothie. My juice came and we stood waiting over 15 minutes for my husband's smoothie when he ordered way before me. Again, after waiting an awfully long time. my husband finally asked about his smoothie this girl tells him it's on the counter. One of the employees left in out on the counter and never even called his name out to let him know it was even there. The customer service is a complete joke!
As for the juice and smoothie, they were nothing to brag about and it's a shame because you have a bunch of useless very young girls that don't take pride in their jobs so of course theres no love and attention put in making the smoothies or juice and the taste tells it all. My husband's smoothie was so thick and did not nearly taste like what he ordered. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that when I asked the employee if they she added any type of protein powder in my husband's smoothie because he's allergic to soy. She also responded NO very sarcastically. Which did it for both of us. We walked out telling each other we will never be coming back to this place.
TO THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT: CHANGE YOUR STAFF! ITS CLEAR NO ONE WANTS TO WORK FOR YOU. BECAUSE THEY TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP! And for everyone reading this: Sadly, don't waste your time coming here

I have been to all Fresh locations in the desert. Very nice staff, great acai bowls, and wait was not too long.I didn’t know the Monterey and Country Club had moved locations to El Paseo. So, it was about 10 minutes to closing. I placed an online order and raced over making it with 2 minutes to spare. Door was locked so I knocked and called multiple times. Someone was inside but wouldn’t answer. I wanted to tell the employee if they were all cleaned up for the day just to refund me and I’ll come back the next day. Instead she left me outside wondering if I was going to get my order. Finally, after standing in the hot sun, she opened the door and said I’ll bring the order out when it’s done and as I begin to respond she shuts the door and locks it.I understand the frustration of last minute orders but I ordered and arrived within their business hours. I was willing to cancel the order so she wouldn’t have to clean up again if that had already been done but she was so RUDE.Then I receive my bowls and they were watery and lacked flavor. Toppings were minimal from what I’ve consistently received. It was just not a good experience.

I had the misfortune of ordering and overpaying for a large PB Power. Within 2 or 3 sips all of the faint flavour was gone and I was left with a cup of tasteless crushed ice. I went in hoping for a tasty and nutritious snack/treat and left feeling completely ripped off and dissatisfied. Save your time and hard-earned money and avoid this place.
