Goody’s in Palm Desert earns a solid 3 out of 4 stars. The pastrami was flavorful, not overly drenched in au jus, which allowed the meat’s taste to shine, but the portion left me wanting more. The asada fries, while good, lacked the bold flavor that would make them stand out. However, the service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly. Overall, Goody’s offers a pleasant dining experience, but it could use a bit more of that authentic flair to truly wow its guests.

none of the cooks wearing gloves, hats, or hairnets — even the head chef no gloves , wearing jewelry. chef was careless when confronted about it, as expected from someone with napoleon complex

Have not been here in awhile but the recent remodel is amazing. Super clean, super friendly employees and great food for reasonable prices. Overall great.

Good place for food, reasonable prices.

"Chili Cheese Fries" is ON THE MENU for $7.95 so why do you charge an extra $0.75 for the cheese? When I brought it to their attention that their menu was not consistent with what they charged, they basically showed zero customer service skills. In the future, if somebody orders this and you don't want to change the menu board, at least give a heads up on the extra charge.
Fries were undercooked also and not even close to crispy.

While the burgers ? were good, the zucchini were mushy and tasteless with a soggy and rubbery, thin layer of batter. Such a waste of money.
