Guillermo's is a hit every time we dine there. They have exquisite food and service. This locally owned restaurant never disappoints. It is a pleasure each time we eat there. We believe it is the best Mexican food in Coachella Valley.

Four of us dined at Guillermo's in Palm Desert last night. We were seated on the patio with Alan as our server. The patio was very nice and much quieter than inside this popular restaurant. Alan was very pleasant, enthusiastic, and efficient as he explained the specials, brought our drinks and took the order our food. Three of us had various enchiladas and my husband had the special shrimp wrapped in bacon which was delicious. Great Cadillac Margaritas, too, by the way! We loved everything and will return to Guillermo's!

I always have the fajitas and yesterday was the first time ever they were not delicios. I had the chicken thighs and they were too tough to eat

The only bad part was the the chicken fajita dish was very disappointing. The flavor was good, but i got 4 tiny tiny pieces of chicken and tons of gross bell peppers..

Second time I came here. Both times were excellent. Had the carne asada this time. So delicious. Loved the Guillermo margaritas
We had reservations and were quickly seated with fresh warm chips and salsa provided immediately. We added an order of deliscious quacamole while we studied the menu. We really enjoyed the Red Snapper and the Dinner Salad with a plentiful heloing of Grilled Shrimp. Great food and service experience!

The chicken mole was very good. I had the rib eye tacos. I wouldn't get that again because I don't like fat. I should have anticipated that since it was a sliced rib eye. The tres leches was wonderful. Very nice staff

Always a good choice! A step up from the normal fare - example: a slight lemon flavor to the rice ! Fabulous. Sauces well thought out and portions perfect. Good service, we always go back!
