Awesome Mexican inspired cuisine. The salsa and chips together with guacamole seasoned just right are the perfect start combined with a Cadillac margarita or Maestro Dobel sipping tequila. Our group them dived into the excellent pork carnitas fajitas and fresh salmon entrees. Perfect family run restaurant with the restaurant's namesake still overseeing it all. Open throughout the summer.

The service was excellent. The food was delicious and the ambience is nice celebrated Cinco de Mayo here. I had a good spicy margarita. It was a Moe' margarita it was awesome🚀. I recommend them.

Enjoyed a fun Cinco de Mayo dinner complete with one of the best Mariachi bands ever. Helpful servers on a very busy night brought excellent food in a timely manner. Only problem: too many margaritas on the menu to choose from 🤪

My husband and I love Guillermo 's . Family run business that knows how to make the customer feel special. We bring everyone we know here! The food is fantastic and high quality! It's an upscale Mexican restaurant , we love the ribeye tacos and the 2 different pork dishes offered, the margaritas are out of this world!! We go at least 2x a month when staying out in Palm Desert. A special thank you to Guillermo who stops and chats with the patrons and to Melissa who serves us and treats us as friends. The whole staff is wonderful and hard working !
