I’ve read what others say and praise this establishment, but today and once before I find the other customers rude, self absorbed, they never say excuse me, or even acknowledge another person. Very disappointing!

Love everything about this place! The pastries are decious and freshly baked every day, the ambiance is beautiful, well lit with a great view, the staff is friendly, the customers are friendly... OH and of course the coffee and chai! My go to is either black dark roast or a dirty tiger spice (with three shots of espresso). It's fun to hang out here with wife and/or kids, or even pull out the laptop and work a bit.

Wow, what a great little spot! Several sugar free syrups which my wife loved the options. I got coffee with cream. Very good. We split the avocado toast which was amazing. Will definitely be back.

The service and friendliness of the staff was out of this world! They managed a long line very well. Egg, bacon, and cream cheese were great but I will say the gluten free bagel left a bit to be desired. Wish I could have eaten the real one!

This was my first time there and I was so pleased by everything. The Chai Bar was absolutely amazing. There were so many choices and there was no bad choice that I've had so far. I automatically have to add some Splenda or something to every drink from other places. I was so shocked to discover that as I took my first sip of the beverage while I was heading to the napkin/straw/sweetener station, that it was delicious!!! No addition needed.
While the option said to dine-in, we sat outside b/c the weather has been beautiful.

I have been to this coffee restaurant twice and both times received poor service. I ordered a hot mocha and after taking my order, the server continued to serve new customers and dispense baked goods while I stood waiting for my coffee to be made.

Coffee was decent. It was a little bitter, but still good overall. Definitely tasted like a dark roast, which some people may prefer. I like more of a smooth medium roast, so if you like dark roast, you will probably really like the coffee. The atmosphere is nice and the service was great. My friend ordered her drink a specific way and when it was messed up, they made her a new one right on the spot. The IW stands for Indian Wells, but since this one is outside of Indian Wells, the gentleman who works there told me it stands for I Want Coffee… which should be their t-shirt ❤️

Parking: Located in a large shopping center with plenty of free parking.
