Emily, the shift lead was very rude and disrespectful because there was an issue with my order. She also rolled her eyes and called me a liar. I will not return to this location if I simply ask for my order to be correct or get called a liar if I say it’s not correct. I asked for a number to call a manager and she gave me a pamphlet for nutrition facts that doesn’t have any phone numbers on it. I never got a paper receipt either so i had to look for the number in the store. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate the encounter and it was frustrating enough to not go back again.

Horrible service and food. Ordered a #22, sausage sandwich, hash browns and coffee. The food and coffee were cold. I told the drive through girl that everything was cold. I didn't move out of the drive through because no one was behind me. I couldn't believe the attitude she gave me. She said, "what?", no how I can help you. At the point, asked for my money back. DO NOT GO to this JIB. Jack himself would be disappointed.

I wait 30-35 min just to order my food when their was a worker just go back and forth. I will be honest they were a little busy but to ignore me for that long and have another worker acknowledge me then take my order. Kinda a little upsetting I do understand this is fast food and usually I don’t have any expectations for but that was ridiculous. 45 minutes in total for a jack in the box.
