Bathroom are horrible dirty, ladies had attitude, and when I got my drink, it was like water. Asked them to fix it. And all she did was add some fruit and ice and blended it a little bit more turned out horrible here. I am third or fourth time again, bad drink. Wasted money. I problem won't ever visit again due to this.

Usually when you order delivery and something goes wrong it turns into a big mess. They were out of an item and replaced it with a similar one and communicated to the driver. Rare to have them handle correctly for delivery apps.
Will add one negative, they don't have an option to substitute almond milk for the soy milk on the Uber eats app. Seems like the delivery apps should have a comments section to identify common problems.

we go to this place almost every other day basis for the kids. The lady behind the counter after "receiving tip electronically" had the worst customer service. Requested sample of left over shake that she was about to throw away (to try something different for kids), she made a very unwelcoming/pissed off face.
It was amazing to drink a Veggie Vitality but even better to meet Jade. Attentive, friendly, smiling and nice person. Thank you girl for your dedication in the work that you are doing. Blessings.
