Wonderful, staff here they are fast friendly and know how to handle unruly customer! I was impressed with how they managed has hostile situation from a foul mouth customer, no one deserves to be spoken to that way! The client was out of line cussing them out infront of kids. They politely asked him to leave until he got the message

I went to this location with my family earlier today. We were the only people in the store, and loved the service and food, however we had to leave early because the lobby was so hot! At least 90°. It was too hot for us to sit and enjoy our food so we ended up eating at home instead.
My daughter said when she went to the same store the following week, it was just as hot, or even hotter. I hope this gets fixed!

We had the best experience with Moses and friends! Moses truly made our experience super memorable. And the other guy working was kind of cute. They truly made the sandwiches so amazing better than the San Diego stores. it was the best jersey Mike's sandwich we've ever had. Moses truly is the heart of Jersey Mike's.

Got one 6 in and one 12 in with 2 small chips and total came to $43! That is highway robbery! Sandwiches were great but not for that price. Last time I am going there

placed an online pick up order at 7:25 to be ready at 7:40 and still waiting in seating area and its 8:05pm. Will go back to the other sandwich shop where I've never had to wait for an online order.
Update: stuff said sorry the people before you literally took all of our bacon! Did not reduce the price of the sandwich. ❗

First time at Jersey Mike’s and I was definitely impressed!! Greeted immediately, quick ordering process and friendly service. Ordered #17 Mike’s Famous Philly and it was amazingly delicious!! The ingredients were so tasty and there was a lot! Got the Giant size, plenty for 2 people.

Great Sandwiches

This crew lacks any sort of team initiative. Their music was over-the-top loud, leaving the girl behind the counter unable to hear me order. That itself was frustrating, but there’s more. After ordering three sandwiches, I received one. The next sandwich was mistakenly handed to a sandwich thief, who walked out with it without paying. The third one was never made.

As I sat waiting for them to correct my order, they kindly served the entire line before finally making my sandwiches. You’d think they’d at least make an effort to get my sandwiches out to me, but to my dismay, they looked at me like deer in headlights, confused as to why I was upset. The sandwich thief then had his actual sandwich made. Assuming it was mine, I went to claim this deviant’s sandwich, yet they held it hostage because I was not Ryan.

None of them really spoke or gave any kind of customer service. The cherry on top is that my three sandwiches came out completely different than what I ordered. Unorganized chaos unfolds during most visits at this location. They don’t talk. They’re timid. They mess up the order. They don’t take accountability. It’s a mess of a team. The manager would benefit from hiring a new crew.

When you pray for patience, God sends you to Jersey Mikes on Dinah Shore.
