I've always heard about how good Jillian's is and being new to the area I took my wife and mom out for dinner. It could have not gone any worse. I ordered a drink and got the wrong drink, order an appetizer and the others in my party got there's but my came late because server forgot. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was overcooked and when they brought the chef out he basically said that he felt it was cooked appropriately. I ordered a 2nd glass of wine and they forgot it and when I talked to the manager he was unapologetic! He said I Hope you try us again. Maybe this was a off night but with all the good restaurants down here it will be tough to go back to Jillian's

Great food and ambiance....my problem is the condescending attitude you get from the waiters....they make it seem like they're doing you a big favor by serving you. And....very pricey.

A marvelous evening! Fernando was a wonderful server - attentive and pleasant.. We loved the food and the whole experience. Sitting at a corner table in the back patio area was perfect for us. Jillian's is a favorite!

We always save Jillian's for a special night out when we are in the desert. It is definitely fine dining and such a wonderful experience! We love all the food every time. The portions are generous and so well prepared. Wonderful Chef. Service is excellent. We highly recommend Jillian's! 😊

Delightful dinner at Jillian's the other night. Sweet background music, terrific service. Everything done right. The best pork chop I can ever remember. Congrats to chef! Wish we had stayed for dessert. Thought the wine list was ok, but wished for more European by the glass. Napa Cab was just fine, however. Good experience. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is so lovely. Many small intimate dining spaces where you and your guests can get lost. Service was exemplary. The food was excellent you will notice i did not give it a five star rating, more because I find food costs so high that restaurants bear the brunt of the costs which are passed to the consumer and consequently put the burden back on the restaurants. Botton lone: great venue and wondered food!!

Pretty good food, decent service, good atmosphere and really reasonable prices for being on El Paseo but if you're looking for top notch elegance it's just lacking a bit. You won't be disappointed but it won't knock your socks off. I would encourage you to give it a try.
Only disappointment was the selection of cabernet by the glass. There were only only two from California. The first was not great and the second was better, but still not what I would have liked

This is a locals favorite so it's often tough to get a reservation in peak season but we lucked out. I had the special halibut and it was one of the best halibut dishes I've ever tasted. Highly recommend.

The food was good but definitely overpriced our waiter was great and very professional BUT the hostess was very condescending when asking for a different table. That definitely put a “damper” on our experience. Our waiter was wonderful and made up for the hostess.

Jillian's is our favorite special occasion restaurant, but this time we decided to go for no reason at all. It is just a special place with impeccable service, ambience galore and delicious food. We sat at in the front courtyard and enjoyed live music and a warm breeze. Jillian's is a must!
