Been coming to this location every time we visit Palm Desert for the last four years. We like to get their shakes. Expensive but good. Until this time. They were thin, and my strawberry shake had no strawberry coating in the cup and honestly tasted more like milk than berry. Very disappointed. I always look forward to visiting but at $10 a shake I will not be buying shakes anymore.

Great date shakes and dole whip
Sad to give this place a one star, Lapperts used to be my favorite delicious ice cream, a little pricy but nothing outrageous and friendly faces. Stopped in to get a shake and it was almost 11 dollars for a small one flavor shake I know inflation has gone up but it was so watery.. she drowned it with milk and gave me attitude when I mentioned it being liquid. I left to enjoy it and I could barely drink it the flavor was off and it wasn't like a milkshake at all

Great service and accommodating of all kinds of flavor combos for the ice cream. I would say my Kona coffee ice cream was ok. Kids got min chocolate chip which was ok.

I left a review on the other location but I felt like I had to get this one too. Don’t come here. It’s dirty, and the ice cream is worse than a store bought baskin robins tub for twice the price.

Very tasty ice cream. Their ice cream is not cold enough and melt really quick. I get it its hard to scoop if it is too cold. But i want my ice cream freezing cold

Walked in and ordered a small shaved ice. Nuvia started making a small snow cone, it looked great but I realized she was using the same glove that was used when handing the cash I gave her and register. Quietly I asked her if she could redo it. She gave the picture displayed. Told me I could file a complaint because the ice melts fast. While the other small cup looked as it should, sitting on the sink. And to top it off the prices have gone up. For what? Bad service?
This is our favorite place. I can go elsewhere. A small Dole Float costs $10.95. Ridiculous.
