Maybe it was just this one item but, this was a fantastic experience. I got the Dole soft serve. And boy I tell you, this was the perfect blend of sweet but tasty. I would always get this from now on. The ice cream is good too.

Went in today with 11 of us. Ice cream was great, but unfortunately the woman working there was super rude to us. She seemed annoyed by our kids and yelled across the store to clean up our mess when we were still sitting and eating.

My wife and I stopped in last night after tennis. Probably one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. A bit pricey though.

Been coming to this location every time we visit Palm Desert for the last four years. We like to get their shakes. Expensive but good. Until this time. They were thin, and my strawberry shake had no strawberry coating in the cup and honestly tasted more like milk than berry. Very disappointed. I always look forward to visiting but at $10 a shake I will not be buying shakes anymore.

Great date shakes and dole whip
Sad to give this place a one star, Lapperts used to be my favorite delicious ice cream, a little pricy but nothing outrageous and friendly faces. Stopped in to get a shake and it was almost 11 dollars for a small one flavor shake I know inflation has gone up but it was so watery.. she drowned it with milk and gave me attitude when I mentioned it being liquid. I left to enjoy it and I could barely drink it the flavor was off and it wasn't like a milkshake at all
