I ordered a pepperoni pizza, Italian Cheese Bread, and a 2-liter of root beer from Little Caesars. When I got home, the root beer was missing. I called the store, but Jake didn’t offer much help and basically hung up on me, saying the only option was to drive 20 minutes back to get what they forgot to give me.

Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled showed no care for the customer. A simple refund or credit would have solved the issue, but instead I was left frustrated and inconvenienced. Very disappointing experience. The cheese bread was ok the pizza was very salty.

we ordered 2 boxes of pizza and 2 orders of chicken wings.when we received the order,we received the pizzas in good condition,still hot,Bravo!however,when it come to the chicken,they only gave us 5 burnt pieces which was included in the pizza box.Damn!you think we are pigs to eat these?

I interacted with Desiree today. She was very positive, polite and helpful. The food is hit or miss but my coworkers and I keep coming back because of her. She is very hard working and knows how to go above and beyond with customers. Not sure if her owners know what a real gem they have in her.

My husband placed an order for pizza, cheese bread and crazy bread in the evening of 2/25. When we started having our dinner, we noticed there was some weird long fibers on our crazy bread. Not sure from what like a brush or something ? or how this happened but totally ruined our dinner. Ewww

The deep dish with 3x's pepperoni was delicious.

4+ times ordered delivery, and more often than not, they fell to deliver what was ordered. Customer service does not allow for product to be re-delivered but will discount your order.Delivery serviceable shop itself does not pay attention to insure the order is correct before they drive to your home. Best to drive yourself if you do not want to deal with porr delivery service.

The guy who delivered my pizza delivered it to the wrong address. Left it at someone’s door and had to go back and get it. And then couldn’t seem to find my street in google maps

Just picked up the hardest pizza ever. Litteral crust was stronger and harder than life.

This location on 111 seems to flip flop allot. Used to be really good than really bad then good not too long ago and now falling apart again. The people are pretty nice now BUT can't make breadsticks to save thier life. Everything is doey and . I don't know if there is something wrong with thier oven or what but it is a shame cause I used to love ceasers pizza

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and crazy bread. What i received and looked at once i got home is a surprume deep dish..which no one in my house will eat ..i am allergic to bell peppers and its covered in it. And i told my son just try it ......it is RAW inside pure DOUGH !!!!! How did i pay 24$ for the WRONG and RAW pizza ...and the crazy bread was RAW as well. How horrible , how unsanitary and how disappoint we are. Dont go here. Dont waste your money
