Little Caesars Pizza

A little chewy. (Chewier than normal for them)
Pep was good ordered extra cheese and did not get it.
Cheese bread sticks were chewy and tough.
I'm just wondering what happened to good pizza???
Could only pay online via the app.

Somewhat disappointed during this visit. The only reason I ordered from Little Caesars is to pick up my order from the kiosk. I got notified as usual that my order was ready for pick up at the kiosk, I walked over to the kiosk, and they're all empty and have no names on the display. It turns out they're both broken, so I had to wait for an attendant to get me my order. Why would they even send a message saying it is ready and use code 703 to retrieve?
I could have ordered from Dominoes and just waited in my car for them to bring my order to me. GET THAT FIX Little Caesars!

So my order said it was ready 10 minutes before I got there and they obviously gave it to someone else and said sorry your order will be ready in 15 minutes . Horribly ran establishment.

Edit: want to know what went wrong? Everything. There is not one thing that ever goes right at this location, or any in the valley.

*Haven't answered their phones in about seven years.
*Never any hot and ready.
*Very rarely is there a polite employee. Most people seem unemployable.
*Online ordering issues: Getting emails of texts your food is ready and when you get there it's not ready. Website/app being down altogether.
*Heartburn like no other.

I am done with Little Caesars as a brand.

We got diarrhea, the people who were charging didn't wash their hands and so they went and made the pizza and its disgusting presentation, all disheveled and dirty.

The deep-dish here has been phenomenal, but whoever worked yesterday ~1pm made the driest pizza I ever had? Almost no sauce and the cheese was minimal. Will come back in about a week to try again before concluding the quality here to have greatly diminished. Pizza puffs were the heroes of the meal, though?

Service here is EXTREMELY slow even if you order online. Today the excuse was the barcodes for the portal weren't working. I love around the corner and in my last 20 or so orders all of them have been very late. Expect to wait a while for your food!
