Little Caesars Pizza

Look, it's not expensive. The quality is pretty good. Not mind blowing by any means. With prices the way they are, LC remains reasonable for the amount vs. how much you get.

Place is clean and service is on point. I just got back from a pick up for 2 pizzas here. I got buffalo wings, a thin crust pep and a stuffed crust pep w/half olives. The order was done within 15 minutes. I made pick up at the kiosk. Pizzas made it home still hot. Not only that the presentation of these Pizzas were excellent! This really set the standard for Little Ceasers pizza for me. I almost usually never do reviews for fast food but I have been here several times and it seems to be the daily practice here in Bermuda Dunes night shift. Keep up the good work guys!!

They use to have decent pizza for the pricebut price went up. They changed the dough and sauce and it doesn't taste the same.

My pizza was ready on time.

Lady at the register was efficient.

Waiting area was acceptable. Clean and a little spacious

A little chewy. (Chewier than normal for them)
Pep was good ordered extra cheese and did not get it.
Cheese bread sticks were chewy and tough.
I'm just wondering what happened to good pizza???

Somewhat disappointed during this visit. The only reason I ordered from Little Caesars is to pick up my order from the kiosk. I got notified as usual that my order was ready for pick up at the kiosk, I walked over to the kiosk, and they're all empty and have no names on the display. It turns out they're both broken, so I had to wait for an attendant to get me my order. Why would they even send a message saying it is ready and use code 703 to retrieve?
I could have ordered from Dominoes and just waited in my car for them to bring my order to me. GET THAT FIX Little Caesars!

So my order said it was ready 10 minutes before I got there and they obviously gave it to someone else and said sorry your order will be ready in 15 minutes . Horribly ran establishment.

Edit: want to know what went wrong? Everything. There is not one thing that ever goes right at this location, or any in the valley.

*Haven't answered their phones in about seven years.
*Never any hot and ready.
*Very rarely is there a polite employee. Most people seem unemployable.
*Online ordering issues: Getting emails of texts your food is ready and when you get there it's not ready. Website/app being down altogether.
*Heartburn like no other.

I am done with Little Caesars as a brand.

Amazing customer service, Amazing place, clean. Plenty of parking,
Always was charged before for extra marinara, but not here and we got a big side of that.
