We come here every Tuesday. They have a great rewards program & food is always fresh. It’s good to see young kids at work. Nicole was did a great job checking up on us even after receiving our food. See you next Tuesday!

This location is always consistent with food quality and service. The store manager is doing an amazing job and it shows. I like to order the chicken plate with chickpea salad and veggie kabob. The chicken is always juicy and tender and the mushrooms on the kabob are WOW. I'm a fan of the bowls and other salads too. You can't go wrong ordering from this location. I will be back soon. You can the the staff really enjoy working here and that's not common these days.

The food was yummy, but overall my experience was pretty bad this day.

On the service side, they got my order wrong. Which, okay it was busy, I usually wouldn’t mind, but they gave me rice instead of fries which I usually use to eat my hummus with. And no utensils were given so I couldn’t even eat the rice. I’m okay eating fries and the kebabs with my fingers and just washing my hands afterwards, but I can’t do that with rice and hummus by itself. A minor annoyance is that you get charged different prices depending on the way you place your order. I got chicken&bistro beef plate + koobideh alacarte, which is more than chicken&koobideh plate + bistro beef alacarte even though it’s all the same amount of protein in the end. The price of a drink is also more in person compared to online for some reason. It’s only like a dollar difference but the inconsistency really highlights the main concern of money vs fair service.

On the atmosphere side, it was really busy today. If the problem was that there were no seats available, I wouldn’t give such a low score. The problem was that there WAS seats available, they just seemed so uncomfortable I wasn’t willing to eat in like I originally planned.

Great friendly service. Meat kebab a little salty. Salad dressing a little weak. Chicken kebab nice and juicy. Rice a little boring. Zucchini was delicious. Nice size portions.

The food at Luna Grill is out of this world. We usually get the chicken kabob meal with rice, salad, pita bread, & tzatziki. It's clean-eating food that is cooked extremely well. Whenever we are in town for a conference, we always order from Luna Grill multiple times during the week.
