Mastro's Steakhouse

Mastros was a great dinner experience for my daughter's birthday. Service was exceptional.

We had a great dinner at Mastro's recently the shrimp cocktail, mambo salad and fillet were all delicious. The service was very good, and we enjoyed the live music in the bar area.

It was a magical evening, we ended up eating the bar area and the music was spectacular on a Monday night. The ambience was beyond stunning and I had the best 64th birthday ever the service was top-notch. Thank you so much Matros.

Never disappoints, the bone in filet is unbelievable, always cooked to perfection. Run there to get the lobster mashed potatoes, are you looking for your keys? And don't get me started on the bread service, I've paid twice as much for much, much less. We ALWAYS order a bread service to go! My absolute favorite restaurant in the area.

We go every time we are in the desert, it's always amazing. The food, service atmosphere never disappoints

We had a great anniversary dinner. We opted for the fixed price summer meal special which included an appetizer, main entree, vegetable and dessert. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. I had shrimp as an appetizer and they were huge. The creamed spinach was excellent. The dessert was butter cake with ice cream and it was fantastic. The manager, Tiffany, surprised us by giving us an extra dessert and comping our drinks. It was a memorable and magical 35th anniversary celebration!

Best meal and customer service we have had maybe ever. We will come back for sure. Amazing 10/10. Highly recommend.

Frustrating experience last night. We eat a lot of dinners at Eddie V's and LG's and thought that maybe we'd try Mastro's again for a little variety. The experience started out fine, the service felt fake and over-scripted, but they brought us our drinks and took our order. The first frustration was when they brought our oysters (very well presented) but before we could even eat the first bite, another server showed up and started re-arranging our table for soup and salad. (We hadn't specifically stated that we wanted the oysters first, but that seemed like a given) The steaks followed and looked good, and the potatoes were as ordered, but nothing special. But the real disappointment was when our server walked by, and dumped the melted ice water from my drink shaker into my half empty Manhattan that I was slowing drinking / saving for the steak course. It was such a ridiculous situation that I didn't even know how to respond. I could have just ordered a fresh drink, but I really didn't want another whole Manhattan. I just left the drink untouched, ate some steak, paid the bill and left disappointed. It's okay for what it is, but nowhere near the level of Eddie V's or LG's. I doubt we'll be back for a while.

Great key lime martini sides and bread service. Tried the sushi which was very good topped off with the flourless chocolate cake.

The food was fantastic as usual but what really stood out this last visit was the service. We had a little hiccup and the waitress brought the manager over who checked in on us several times to make sure our visit was a success.

My server was SUPERB, every tiny touch excellent kind attentive. For that reason I didn't want to complain about the food. I ordered the king 🦀 legs and a different food runner brought to my table. It was served super sloppy sopping wet in a puddle of water with the crab claw white floaters and extra junk from the boil all over the plate no garnish, half the crab falling out of the shell. It looked like a sad joke and I order it often. The chef just presented very sloppy and certainly wasn't worth $90 in fact had no flavor the butter was full of water also so I only ate about 1/3 of it. I would expect far more from Mastro's kitchen and food server on a Monday night (not busy), but I guess it was also my fault for not speaking up I just wasn't in the mood for complaining that night. Still kudos to my main server I forget his name, quite the gentleman.

The food is always on point and ambience is always great. However Our server Monique was amazing. Thank you Monique for your great service.

The food was not what it was hyped up to be, but still a solid place to eat well with some luxuries on the menu.
