Absolute Horrible Service , These Kids will Lie straight to your face. Serious incompetence. Place an order and get the alert its ready and to come inside and pick it up. Nothing is ready and its going to be 10 minutes until they are done. Corporate needs to reevaluate their night crew. while waiting there have been 3 customers coming back in ith missing items. Unreal.

I don't care what anyone says, I love the McRib. Wish it was a permanent item. The employees at PD store are always friendly and efficient.
Always hit or miss unless you go mid day but at the end of the day it’s just mcd’s lol. Everyone is super nice and friendly but again it’s mcd’s so don’t expect that much. The photo is a reference to the hit or miss aspect of this place

The credit card machine that took the order was broken after we placed our order. It made it so we had to then fight the line to pay. It should have indicated that on the machine. Either electronically or with a paper sign.
Then due to the massive line we had to fight to get the attention of the attendants to just refill our drink. The inability for me to get up and refill my own drink is ridiculous and wasteful because they also have to make you a new cup. Which of course is plastic.

I can't rate on the food, service or atmosphere. If I would have known there is no drive thru I would have driven to another McDonald's location. This goes for all restaurant establishments in this area only.

NO DRIVE THRU so you're forced to walk in & stand in line. This place was super packed when i arrived & got even more congested as i waited for my order that took over 20 mins smh took soo long i had to check & make sure they didn't forget about me.
They think I'm stealing the mobile orders every time i pick up my meal cuz Im poor hehe.
