I go through the drive through after a 12hr hr drive from norcal and everything is wrong. I go back because things are missing, get the items and have to go back again because the kids food is wrong. Im not going back the third time the kids are happy and as adults we just at whatever they gave us, dried out sausage and eggs on the platter but the pancakes were fresh. Oh yes before I forget, if you decide to actually go to this location after reading this, a drink does not come with your brrakfast meal at this location. $45 for trash

It has been a very long time since I have posted a positive experience about a McDonald's. The service was relatively quick here especially because the kiosk didn't work. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the portions were generous. Overall the restaurant was clean just a few spills by the soda machine but I get it there were a bunch of kids in there and accidents happen
Vegetarian options: Only the fries were vegan
Dietary restrictions: Health values are posted and available upon request
Parking: Not much parking immediately in front of the restaurant but there is an adjacent huge parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Play labeled kids options and computer screens that are interacting with kid games

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Two nights I've tried them in the last week and the drive thru at night is tortoise speed. It looks busy because the line is always around the corner but it's only because it doesn't move. Isn't McDonald's the people complaining they aren't making 20+ dollars an hour? I know 5 start steakhouses that are faster for service. This is bad

My son wanted to eat here. I looked online and was pushed HEAVILY to get the app to get the “deals”. So I downloaded the app and ordered food. Upon arrival I clicked that I was here. Then the app informed me that my order was canceled. And I’d be refunded. Which I was. But now I have a hungry kid and a canceled order. So I walk inside to order. The dining room has a large sign that says “Let’s get digital Bermuda Dunes”. Hilarious considering my order was canceled. I tell the employee that my online order was canceled. He was nice but informed me that when ordering curbside the order gets canceled all the time. How irritating! Why do companies continue to push these app for deals and coupons only for them to not work. I was also informed that they didn’t have receipt paper so I wouldn’t be getting one. Food was greasy and soggy. Very disappointed!

my experience here was great and all but i’m short a nugget. My fry’s were also a little burnt and a few of my chicken nuggets were burnt and i don’t know if it was the fries or the chicken but my stomach started to hurt afterwards and the food was soggy wouldn’t recommend.
