Was looking for something different than just another Italian, American, sushi, or Thai place and can confirm this spot scratched that itch. I ordered some steak and the fried rice. Both were insanely good! All around great food and vibes here oh and Z delivered fantastic service and gave us amazing recommendations on what to order! 11/10

THIS PLACE IS A MUST! As I walked in I was greeted by the staff, they were very friendly. I ordered the lomo saltado which is one of my favorite Peruvian dishes. The meat was very tender and flavorful, just a scrumptious all together dish( chef's kiss). The green ajai was nice and spicy. Also whoever is making the steamed rice should be showing every restaurant how to make it. The rice was fluffy, cooked correctly and had an excellent flavor.

This is a very nice and clean restaurant. Food is freshly made. However, you have to wait an extremely long time (in our case over 40 minutes) for the first plate to arrive at our table and for the food to be served to you. Most disturbing are the dishes do not come out together. Everyone at your table eats at different times. I did not like their fried rice it was very greasy and not prepared the way I asked. Their white rice had a very bad taste to it and was very bland. I did like the tofu. I was very disappointed in my meal and disappointed that my friends ate their dinner way before my dish arrived.
I hope they make some improvements to their food and the way they serve their patrons.

When we went it was early afternoon so it wasn't very busy but the food and service were on point. We had the leche de tigre which is a type of ceviche, several different empanadas, and the lomo saltado and one of the pastas. Everything was good with a lot of smoky flavor from the wok cooking. A little heavy on the oil, but otherwise no other complaints.
We aren't in Palm Springs very often, but next time we are here for a few days we would come back.
