Ordered one dozen semi sweet with nuts… 10 miles round-trip only to find my cookies had no nuts… I will be disputing the payment and I suggest you do the same if things aren't right

Oh, my gosh!!! I was walking past the booth for Mrs. Fields Cookies and saw the sign for TCBY!! My wife and I were soooooo sad when the TCBY closed near us!!! The lady operating the booth, Sherri, was FANTASTIC!! She went out of her way to get toffee meant for the cookies to put into our SHIVER!!! What a treat!! She even added some whipped cream!! YUM!! My eyeballs rolled into the back of my head with pure joy!! A few moments later, someone in the food court spilled a drink on the floor. Sherri came out with a mop and finished cleaning it up before the custodian for the food court could do it!! What a wonderful employee and person Sherri is. We need many more millions of people just like you, Sherri!! God bless you!!

Back again to visit Mrs. Fields. I absolutely love this place and I'm hooked on the mini cookies. I buy a bunch for my staff and they're always a hit, even my fitness geeks love the mini sized cookies. Love ya Mrs. Fields, see you in a few months

I actually purchased the TCBY frozen yogurt which is adjacent / shares this space with Mrs Fields cookies.Ordered a mint chocolate chip on a cake cone.Very delicious and the single scoop was a nice size. Good pricing compared to cold stone ice cream which is almost double in price for their "like it" size.The cookies and brownies at Mrs Fields looked yummy, but I was more in the mood for frozen yogurt. :)Will visit again when I'm at this shopping center in the food court area.

I requested a Sugar Cone and Cheesecake Ice Cream. The chubby kid served me a cake cone with less than half scoop of product. I gave him the look of, "are you serious?" and he simply had no clue what I meant. Three licks and the entire cone was gone. What a waste of money.
