I’ve come here twice and disappointed both times! They really need to send someone in and teach them how to make an açaí bowl. I don’t want a whole bowl of açaí and very little of everything else. In addition, supposed to have almond slices in it and none! I said NO bananas 3x and still got bananas. Literally, zero common sense. PAY ATTENTION WHEN TAKING THE ORDER!!! One teaspoon (THICK not creamy) of almond butter dropped on top but you’re paying $1.50 for it! Clearly the kids in there are not good at making açaí bowls. Send them to Bowl of Heaven to get training. Never again

There is only 1 employee working. Close down if you're too cheap to hire more workers. It's not the person's fault at the front counter. She's trying to make everything AND wait on everyone who comes in. I ordered a simple smoothie with coconut water and some fruit and it's taking FOREVER. They're also out of pineapple, which is one of their most utilized ingredients. ?? We're on vacation so we have time, but if you need to be anywhere else the same day you should reconsider.

You guys need to get it together. With the price of your drinks I think you’re more than capable of hiring and scheduling more than 1 employee at the same time. Last time I checked it was illegal to have only one employee in a store by themselves at all times especially at night. This is a constant battle with all of your locations in the desert. It takes forever to get a drink. The drinks are never consistent. They’re always understaffed. I just came to this location only to wait at the counter for 5 mins before the only employee that was working came out of the bathroom with a sourpuss miserable looking face. Walks up to the register. Doesn’t acknowledge that I’m there doesn’t say Hello doesn’t smile just walks right up to take my order. I look at her and I say hi loudly and she gives me the rudest look like she can’t believe I would say hi to her like that . How about you just do your job. It’s really not that hard . You guys really need to get your act together. I come to your place at least two or three times a week. I don’t deserve this treatment or service with the money I give to your business. Friday at 2:31 pm Dinah shore location So Managment can check to see which employee was working at the time if you even care.

Placed a mobile order arrived 15 min after the order and was met with pure incompetence. We waited an additional 30 min for two smoothies and there was a line of 9 people after us. Don’t order from here! Go to any other juice place
If you’re in a rush don’t come. The drinks are great BUT you will be here for half an hour waiting for your order. I’ve been here twice and both times there has only been one person working. I used the APP the second time and when I showed up my order wasn’t ready. There was one person working, two people on a table waiting for their orders, and three people in line waiting to order. I placed my order at 3:15 and arrived at 3:25. I was told my order had “a pick up time of 3:30 and there were still orders ahead of mine” so I could wait. I didn’t receive my order until 3:42. That’s half an hour, for two drinks.

Convenient spot amongst other food stores and businesses. They serve healthy juices, smoothes and bowls. Upon request, they also add protein to them. I ordered the banana acai bowl and family ordered a smoothie. They were both pretty good. They are very healthy and tasty, however, they do not win any prizes. Give them a shot. They have tasty and healthy options for everyone.

The smoothie bowls are so good, however their bowls aren't big enough if you add items. I didn't know that and I couldn't put a lid on it. It ended up spoiling into my floorboard: chia, fruit, yogurt, and chocolate drizzle was everywhere. They need to have bigger bowls for those who like to add toppings and extras. It took me 30 mins on the side of I10 to clean off my floor, mat, door and Bose speaker. I spent $16.?? and had 10 bites left in the bowl.
