I truly love the cakes, and this business offers something you can't get anywhere else. However, our most recent trip was last Wednesday, May 7th, for my nephew's birthday. We ordered an 8 inch red velvet. The cake was very good, but my husband discovered a piece of plastic on top of one of his slices, in the icing. This is worrisome as we don't know how it got on there at the store. It was also dirty as there was black on the clear plastic. Make sure you check it before you eat.

Stopped in pickup an Individual classic Vanilla Bundtlet for the first time. It was amazing, so moist and delicious. Kaitlyn looked after us and she was excellent at her job. Friendly and such an upbeat individual. Thanks Kaitlyn for making our first time experience a positive one.

Although my review is very late, this location was amazing to work with in October 2023. We had a small destination wedding in Palm Springs and wanted to have a tiered cake as well as buntinis for our day. This location was so so kind and helpful, customer service was seriously incredible. We discussed everything over the phone prior and once we arrived in Palm Springs all we had to do was drop off our cake decor and we picked up our wedding cake the very next day. The cake turned out better than I could have imagined. We LOVE nothing bundt cakes so having this opportunity at our wedding was a no brainer. We were able to get a variety of flavors and every single thing tasted fresh and yummy. We can't thank you guys enough!!

Wow. Was in the area for a few days and didn’t know they weren’t open on Sunday’s. We walked up and realized the door was locked. However, the lovely owner still went out of her way to get us some small bun cakes from the back. Could not be more grateful and impressed by the friendly and fantastic customers service! And they tasted like heaven on a spoon. Thank you.
