Lindsay is the BEST bartender! She did an amazing job serving my friends and I our whole stay. Highly recommend stopping to see her!

I was worried that what I was eating would make me sick... my burger was terribly overcooked (as in burned, hard and cardboard-like) and tasted odd. Housemade chips were old tasting. And how can iced tea taste weird?? I think it either was very old or brewed in a machine that hadn't seen frequent cleaning. Terrible.

Great poolside bar & grill. You know these places come with a hefty price tag, but the quality was surprisingly good! They have a drink of the day for $10 and a weekday happy hour with reduced prices on food & drinks. If you're at the resort definitely check it out.

We are staying in the Villas for a summer get away. They offer just enough information about the pools to get you to book but unfortunately our first day on vacation...no pool! You have to reserve and the process of doing that is extremely difunctional and by the time they made final arrangements for our pool accommodations- they were completely booked and we are out on a waiting list. So that is a huge let down because we could have been stuck inside of our own homes rather than spending the money to book here with no amenities. Let's talk about the jackhammers at 7:00 AM!!!!!! They say nothing they can do about your 7:00 wake up because they are refinishing the main pool. Why they still put you in a room next to the loudest and most obnoxious noise to wake to is beyond us. I do not recommend booking this summer! The grounds are not maintained, they don't even run the waterfall off of our room, and the pool situation is a true disaster. Not the place to make you feel like you are vacationing. #jwmarriot

I love coming to this JW! If I'm spending nights at the property for work, getting a massage at the spa, or just having dinner at one of the restaurants, there is one consistent thing: happy friendly helpful employees! Definitely like the modern look of the rooms and the spacious lobby. You can go for a complimentary boat ride to a restaurant, or just take a tour of the property. You might get accosted by friendly ducks or geese... so keep an eye on them. Be sure to sign up for Marriott's reward program... when you hit a tier, there are lifetime reward benefits! Gerry is one heck of a server in the lobby bar; top notch! The front desk staff, including Mason, is the epitome of professionalism. He truly puts people first, acts with integrity and excellence, in a service-related capacity. The restaurant staff have been awesome and it's great to have a location on the property open to get food. As we embrace the changes in the world, it's reassuring to know the General Manager, Tom Tabler, has imparted these qualities on his employees.

I love this resort! The flamingos up front are awesome! Great to take pics for IG! The spa is very nice/staff is friendly. I loved the steam room/sauna. The food near poolside is great and many healthy options available. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Mikado restaurant on site is delicious.

Once you catch the eye of a server you get great service. We ate at the pool about three times. The arugula mozzerella tomato salad was very good and large enough for two to share. Also the chicken strips were a good size portion. We LOVED the homemade chips that came with many of the lunches.
