Came and picked up 2 pans of catering size food on my birthday. It was brung to my car and immediately my car smelled like cleaning solution. When we got home the meat was rubbery and it didn’t taste like usual. Extremely dissatisfied no one ate it and there was older and younger individuals trying it. Ended up ordering little ceasars smh.

Went to Olive Garden in Palm Desert with husband and kids on Sunday. Everything was going great, we got seated within less than 5min until our server Gabriel was taking our beverages order. He made a very Inappropriate joke that disrespected me and my children. We cancelled our order and decided to leave. My husband spoke with Anthony the manager and said he would resolve the issue. We didn’t expect to receive this type of customer service.

I have gone to many olive gardens in my lifetime, I had stopped going to them because of food quality and customer service! This place did not seem like an olive garden..... this place was beautiful as you walk in.... get greeted by your waiter/waitress and they introduce themselves at your table. Our waitress was super attentive... met our food needs and special requests! The place was clean looked bright in the areas it had too, but private in dining areas! I wish other olive gardens used this one as an example for the rest of their chain restaurants! We usually go to locally owned to get great service, but this one exceeded my every expectation for our restaurant experience in a while! And we eat out a lot 😁

Salad dressing has changed, good soup lots of food for the price. Always good bread sticks. Great service even the manager checked on us.
