out of blue cheese out of potatoes. and the manager kevin was very not nice. Asked me what he can replace the potato with and i asked for a lobster tail and i think I offended him with my request because he said’’ I am not replacing a baked potato with a lobster tail. how much does a lobster tail cost. bad manager. Trust me ! This is one of the worst restaurant you can spend your hard earned money. I read the review before arrival and the rating was 4.4 so i trusted that it should be ok.
It was the worst steak of my life. I couldn't not even eat my dinner. The steak was so tough and the baked potato was not cooked. Not only the food was terrible , the waiter named Boyd was rude and clueless about good service.

Overcooked blooming onion and ribs. Poor food presentation. The world's smallest baked potato with sparse toppings. Texas Roadhouse is much better. I don't buy these other reviews as being real. Overpriced for basic food.

Manager is very rude, hostess and server very not accommodating. The only reason we go there is Boyd. The server is great. I don’t think I’ll be going there anymore as long as that manager works there very disrespectful.

It’s unfortunate that this establishment is being ruined by inedible food. The front of house staff do everything in their ability to ensure your dinner is adequate. After asking for compensation the manager Jared had his biased opinion about other customers calling to get a refund, but he ensured me that it wasn’t the case for me, yet he still made a remark about the refund he was processing. Please save yourself the stress of having to ask for the food remade and eat else where.
