I have been coming here for many years. Every time I place an order ahead of time the waiting times are absolutely horrendous. Why is it if I walk in? It takes five minutes to get my food, but if I ordered it ahead of time, it takes hours that makes no sense please Get better stuff.
I ordered the wok fried shrimp. I got 4 pieces of shrimp, less than half serving spoon of the entree that I paid $1.50 more for and I got there at 10:30 in the morning. It's supposed to be fresh food and not even a full spoonful. I was highly disappointed. Staff wasn't friendly, I need to follow my instincts and walk out when I'm ignored after entering, it never ends me leaving a happy customer.

Friendly staff. Just make sure your food is all there before you leave. Mistakes when ordering family meal one time they didn't pack my teriyaki chicken but have new two boxes fried rice instead.

As someone that has had Panda Express throughout the nation and a few outside the country, this is the worst location I’ve eaten at. My family had given it the benefit of the doubt, more than we should have just because it was close to our home. It’s either the food was carelessly made (usually the honey walnut shrimp) or the attitude of the employees. Not to mention the manager, Manny or Manuel, that I have interacted with twice. Once, when he rung my order incorrectly. I ordered a plate with a premium entree. So that would be the price of a plate + $1.50. This location manager charged me for a bigger plate and the premium entree price. I politely informed him that it was incorrect on the screen as for the prices are indicated on the menu board. He told me that the price on the screen was the price of my meal and that it didn’t go based on that, but what is on the register. I was in disbelief and didn’t want to waste any more time arguing his logic. The second time was this evening. There was a line to place orders. The same manager was serving the orders. A few minutes pass and someone that was being rung up was told that they only accepted cash. No staff nor the manager announced that they were cash only. We were informed by that one customer what was about to pay. Everyone ahead of us were rightfully upset. They have waited a great amount of time in line to only be informed that the location was only taking cash. There were no signs indicating so either. The manager yelled defensively to the line of customers, “Do you see how busy we’re are? We just found out!” He didn’t suggest any alternatives on how payments could be made or anything. What a sour attitude. This will be the last time I dine at the location. If you’ve reached the end of my lengthy rant, I hope you can imagine how disappointing it has been at this fast food place that undeservingly pays their managers a hefty salary.

Pretty good fast food chinese
They gave my order to a random then made my order again but gave me small ah portions. I’ve never gotten that little amount of food at a panda like y’all coulda hooked it up for making me wait an extra 15. All of y’all Fake and slow. I’ve worked on cars faster than the 3 people prepping food. They were all nice tho.

They never have anything cooked n they tell you 10min but it take more like 30min
I've gone here about 3 times & every time the food has been awful! Dry rice, food wasn't fresh & portions are very small. The price sure isn't. I've contacted the customer complaint & wrote nicely about the problems I experienced w no response.
I wonder why the restaurant is always empty, now I see why.

Just went tonight 7/7/24 at 8:40pm w/daughter. The female server didn't even look up at us as we walked up. Then she said, "What can I get for you," with her head still down. She then said, "What you see is all we have." I asked, "Are you open till 9:30pm?" She said, "No, 9pm" I asked, "Are you guys atleast gonna make some more chow mein?" She said, "No." I then said, "I have to see if we can eat here, cause my daughter only eats the chow mein." This lady never smiled. Seemed unhappy to be there. She didn't even say, heh it's our policy not to make more entrées X amount of minutes before closing. Which I don't even know if that is the case. I'm just giving the benefit of the doubt. This was extremely poor service and representation of Panda Express.

Picked up my Mobile order went back to work, then realized I paid almost $10 for 90% rice!

The food is good, just in small portions. The staff seems to try, just a bit slow. My only downside was the tables always seem to be dirty, may suggest cleaning them every so often.
