The food is good, just in small portions. The staff seems to try, just a bit slow. My only downside was the tables always seem to be dirty, may suggest cleaning them every so often.

I walked in tonight to buy my family some dinner as I walk in Giselle the one helping us didn’t even say welcome looked at us with the ugliest face and she was rude the whole time making a face when I said yes we woulld like one more this she is the worst person I have dealt with ever in my life she needs to get put in the kitchen not customer service… I will never go back to this location

What a job to have! Stop making food at 8:48pm when they don't close till 9:30. Why even stay open!? Barely anything available only scraps and it looks dried out and gross. Won't come here again.

The Terriaky chicken was so hard and seemed like it's been in the hot plate for a while. The veggie spring rolls were super chewy like nasty.my chicken is in the trash

Just got our usual order from our local Panda Express…. Boy did this place go downhill FAST ! The 3 item combo was 1/3 the “Normal” size.. The white rice tasted like it came out of a box, NOT Steamed… The overall Taste/Quality of the food was very Bad. We have been loyal, Monthly customers…But, sadly I will NOT go back here again ! Now I need to find a new Chinese food place as my regular..!

Every time you order through app or online you end up waiting 20 minutes over estimated order time at least. I usually drive three or more miles to go to another one even though this one is the closest to my house since it's always the slowest.
We came in here at 9 PM and they still had 30 minutes before close. We asked to have a certain food but it was not available and they were not able to make it. They had literally three food items left. I had three people wanting the same thing, and a huge group of hungry boys that just came in-- and they were still unwilling to make anything. They said that they needed to restart the fryers, but it would take too long, and the cooks were unwilling to do it. Worst place ever!

Several days ago stopped in for lunch. Had the mailer coupon, for buy one Bowl and get one free. ( The bowl entree is about $8.00) Choice is Rice or Noodles and one protein. I got the Pepper Chicken, with slices of Celery with noodles, and the Walnut Shrimp with noodles. ** Shrimp is $1. 25 Xtra. These are great for a quick lunch! And great for a Senior budget!! ***Am a customer at this location for at least 10 years!!

You know, it's really a scam that they charge nearly $2 extra for premium entrees but don't even give you what it's worth. Nearly every time I get the Angus Steak it's 90% red peppers and mushrooms and 10% steak. I literally had 3 pieces of actual steak with my order today that was covered with massive mushrooms and to say I'm both disappointed and upset is an understatement. I almost wanted to go back and get my $2 back.
