Filthy. 830 AM on Saturday morning. I asked the cashier if they just finished a large rush or something and she said no. The manager (?) heard me ask and I said I was wondering why every single table (all were empty but one) had crumbs and sticky stuff on them. The cashier put as minimal effort as possible into wiping a few with what looked like a dirty rag. If the parts of the restaurant that you, the public, can see are this filthy (rugs and floors were gross) - I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is! Also, my food was made wrong (I was the only customer at the time). Also, when they remade the avo toast (the "manager" / leader delivered it) the tomatoes were completely mush and old and clear. If I were manager, who clearly recognized the kitchen made a mistake and I wanted to make it right, I probably would have looked for fresh tomatoes. Waste of time and money.

Pretty bummed. It’s crazy a small cup of Mac n cheese is like $10, but hey I had the craving. Usually it’s pretty good. Not so much anymore, way too hot so you could taste the plastic from the cup leaching into the cheese. The noodles so soggy :/ not ok. Definitely never craving for their Mac anymore.

We enjoy going to Panera for pastries. The cookies and muffins are very good.
One do not try to push things on customers is not cool. Two when did your $4 soups become $10 with hard is Rock bread? what happened to the bread bowl and we even asked for the bread bowl why didn't you tell us it didn't come in the bread bowl anymore. I'm guessing if we got the right bread with the soup it would have been another $10 making the soup 20 bucks a piece. Instead this poor girl who just had her whole job cuddling wanting some really good soup and bread got crapped on. I love Panera bread but your Panera bread is horrible never again.

This Panera is old proportions of food weren't as plentiful as they were in the La Quinta store which is new has a great atmosphere it's big it doesn't look so old and dreary and dark. Like Palm Desert the Palm Desert store also was very empty La Quinta was very busy and vibrant

During my recent visits to this location between 11:00 am and 12 noon, I have observed low availability of bagels. Despite bringing this issue to their attention multiple times, there has been no noticeable improvement.

This is the third time I went to this Panera and did not receive what I ordered! I went in for a brownie and kitchen sink cookie. Easy enough right? Love both of these treats! Seevice was poor. Had to wait, no problem. When I got up to the register the employee walked away! ? She came back after a minute or two and took my order. She stepped away to get my cookie and brownie, came back and handed to me 2 bags and walked away again. I get home ready for my cookieand... no cookie! I had a bear claw! Shame on me for not looking in the bags and making sure I received the right items! I won't be back at this location again!
